5 weeks 6 days ago	Cheer up, people	This was a great season despite the outcome of the game last night. Of course, I'm slightly disappointed, but not truly sad. At the beginning of the season, I was looking forward to winning another B1G championship, so it was such a pleasant surprise for this team to accomplish so much, to even play in the championship game. I think they deserve another hero's welcome upon return to Crisler. Go blue!

8 weeks 1 day ago	Keep Adidas	Obviously, it's not fun to watch players leave the game because of torn jerseys, but I'd prefer Adidas to make some improvements (or issue backup/duplicate jerseys for the starters at least) rather than Michigan switching uniform suppliers. Plus, these guys on the team all have NBA dreams, and it must be pretty cool for them to see their favorite NBA players also wearing Bleed Out jerseys and other Adidas apparel. Perhaps that's not very important, though.
8 weeks 4 days ago	Defense	Nik's statements on hating to play defense when he first arrived at St. Mark's really stood out to me. His coach had to "pound it into him because he wasn't used to playing much defense." It will be nice to see that part of his game continue to develop at U-M.

11 weeks 2 days ago	Nicknames	I enjoy all of your comments, and I call you "Hot Wife" while reading them. It will be quite the adjustment to see your posts and think of you as "The blogger formerly known as MGrowOld." Additionally, I have nicknames for nearly everyone on the board. Mgovideo/Thorin was "Video Man," but now I'll call him "Outlaw Cameraman" (no offense, mgovideo). Chunkums is "Pinky" for his handling of Denard in that great Taylor Twosie gif. LSAClassOf2000 is "Brony with Stats." I keep these nicknames rather simple, I guess. After this post, I should change my own name to "NotSoSpunkyB." Actually, that name was probably appropriate after my first comment on this blog. [Sighs]

11 weeks 6 days ago	MGoBlog Roast?	This thread is a trip! I don't have a problem with the writing style of the front page, although my first reaction to The Muppets was, "What is this crap?" And I'm a fan of Miss Piggy under other circumstances. Anyway, Mgo.licio.us is the only section of the blog that I ignore (without good reason). I guess it's easy to forget about and not updated often. Plus, quite of few of those links end up being discussed on the board. Personally, I would enjoy reading more interviews and general information about U-M sports (past and present), but even that's not a big deal. After all, this isn't my blog where I expect everything to be done to my liking. Dare I say it, the wiggling Kate Upton fascination by some users is far more annoying than any of the jokes that I don't get. Ladies, how about posting some candidates for a hunky male mascot of MGoBlog? Just kiddin'. That would be tacky as well. Edit: Just wanted to add that I enjoy hearing the band play the Hawaiian War Chant and Temptation. Sorry, The Muppets just don't have the same affect on me.

12 weeks 5 days ago	Very Interesting Article	I would love to see the West Liberty basketball team play, too. I'll search for their games on You Tube later. It sounds like they could have some great games against Division-I teams. What a bummer that after beating Marshall in 2005, their coach has had trouble getting D-I opponents to face them. Also, it's nice to hear that several coaches "enjoyed watching Indiana and Michigan's balanced offenses this season..."
