43 weeks 5 days ago	As a fellow Gooner...	I say good riddance.  His "ambition" amounted to £220k/week in wages and a dogfight just to get on the pitch.  Of course it's frustrating to sell our best player to a big rival, but we were left without alternative options.

1 year 5 weeks ago	I think keeping Modric will	I think keeping Modric will be very difficult for you guys -- he wanted to bolt last year, and Chelsea will be hot on his heels again this summer.  I agree with you on Bale, though, if only because the price tag 'Arry and Levy have put on him is patently absurd.  You'll be rooting pretty hard for Bayern though, huh? (Who says Arsenal and Tottenham supporters can't get along?)
1 year 5 weeks ago	Thank goodness	I'm just glad Arsenal managed to hold onto 3rd (by their fingernails -- well, by Fulop's flappy hands, but still).  It was such a stressful match; I think I lost hours off my life watching it.
