What a game. I remember watching at a friend of my dads house. We had no power as we lived in Myrtle Beach and had just been devastated by Hurricane Hugo. My dad gave up and walked home but I stayed and watched. He was pissed (Because he missed it) when I came home and told him we had won. He had a knack for doing that, we once went to a Tigers game where they were being blown out in the late innings, he got pissed and we left, as we got to the car and turned on the radio, Johnny Wokenfuss hit a 3 run homer and the Tigers rallied to win.. Classic.. RIP pops..

That’s understood. The difference is that those with access to free healthcare are more likely to use it instead of ignoring health issues like we do in the States. It would also reduce the chances for underlying conditions as regular visits to your doctor would more than likely result in a preventive illness plan. Poor people in America don’t go to the doctor when they’re sick because they can’t afford it, poor people in Sweden can..

Things just became Things just became irreversible IMO. Hoke must go. Its one thing to have a horrible season, but to compound with what's happening in this game is inexcusable.
Maybe its just me but the D Maybe its just me but the D didnt look impressive. Almost no pressure. Our front 7 looked better.
Class organization. Although

Class organization. Although I couldnt follow through, they offered the same thing to me and my family last year during spring training. My Mom and Dad, who has since passed, met my family and I last year in Lakeland to catch a Tigers spring training home stand. Before the last game I approached the events team and asked about doing "something extra special" for my Dad who was battling Terminal Cancer. Although they werent equipt personnel-wise they worked hard to do just that. Unfortuantely my father got sick the night before that game with the Phillies and rushed home to NC for treatment (he always had a thing about being seen by his doctors). Even though my Dad couldnt attend they allowed me to come in at the tail end of BP to get autographs and pix. Miggy was VERY accomodating, I later claim this meeting as the reason for his triple crown that year..lol, so was Rob Brantly who, although a Marlin now, will always be a favorite. It was my Dads last Tigers experience and a memory my family and I will hold forever.

Blessings

As a father of a child that had to endure a similar procedure I pray that God grant you and your family hope, peace and comfort in this time of need. Be confident that you are in one of the best Pediactric Cardiology Hospitals in America (MUSC in Charleston being another, as that is where my family spent a lot of time). Your Niece is in the BEST care and I am sure the surgery, if required, will go smoothly. God Bless
