Got punched in the mouth early giving up 14 to a pretty good team on offense. Then shut it down for the next three quarters, even before the QB went out the defense bucked up. The safety's in man coverage is kind of worrying. They are playing with Dead feet.
He clearly tried to drop his target spot as much as possible. What is he suppose to do? Pull up and give him an easy game changing catch? It's football.. he did the best he could to avoid it. Shouldn't be flagged for that.
Gary was held a decent amount. I'm confused by the complaining about his first step. Looked very good to me, the bigger problem is the hand usage was off at times when he speed rushed. He looked damn good to me.
Evans has great feet and hips. So smooth.. very natural in his movements with zero wasted movement.
And? If you want the offer come and compete for it. Don't see the issue what's so ever, just because your highly ranked doesn't mean the coaches see you in the same light as the services.
I'm really high on Kareem. I believe once his lower body fills out he will be dynamite. He kind of reminds me of Curtis Martin, smooth cuts and just a very smooth runner.
Jourdan Lewis is definitely the smoothest athlete I've competed against. Silky smooth and graceful, it was like no wasted motion when he moved around the field.
Devin Smith ran me down once when I was a freshman in high school. Put my 10.9 to shame. All I seen was the back of a bobbing head.
That 3.93 shuttle time for Benji is elite. Hard to believe somebody that tall can change direction like that. Dillon is going to be amazing here 4.56 at 240 is crazy. His shuttle time is very good for a dude his size.
Lewis- Top 10, he will be the number one corner. Jackson is overrated and is better on offense, he will be behind Lewis and Tabor from Florida. Jourdan had elite quickness, feet and hips plus his ball skills are fantastic. He also has very good length and 5'10 is adequate height plus he is up to 190.
Peppers and Butt go in the fist also but for different reasons. Jabrill is going to test out of this world at the combine and Jake will be the number two tight end behind OJ Howard so someone will reach in the late first.
Chesson is going to test crazy good too.. I think he goes 4.3 at 6'3 right now I have him and juju Smith as my top two receivers.
Kareem Walker. He has a ton of room for growth. He is still skinny in the lower body, as long as he puts in the work he will start to full-out, he'll start to gain even more speed and most of all better balance. I'm excited for that kid.
Seriously? When was the last time you've been down there? I last went during Hugh's first year to help my brother pack as he was relocating to Tulane. The crazy thing about my experiences is that about 70% came at the hands of young white men and not the older folks. The older folks would stare and make ugly faces but they kept there mouths shut generally.
Ole Miss has a beautiful campus and that's about it. Other than that it's full of racist and surrounded by racists. My brother was a professor at the school after getting out of the military. I can remember visiting and getting the dirty looks, hearing the n word under people's breath as I walked by . Even s few times to my face when they get a drink or two in there system. Fuck Ole Miss, I can't understand how any young black man would want to play for them. The athletes must get treated way different.
Kareem looks underdeveloped physically. His lower body is very skinny yet he has decent power and balance. When he gets into the weight room and a conditions properly he will be a monster. He will fill out like Isaiah Crowell
My parents did the same thing to my brother. Pretty much forced him to go to Georgia when he loved Virginia Tech. There reasoning was because Marcus Vick and some other things I won't speak of. He went to Georgia for a year and transferred.
Lewis is better than Vernon, he hasn't even played better than Tabor and there on the same team. He gave up a hundred yard on 20 Targets.. doesn't matter who the CB, 20 targets is a lot and Burbridge is a top flight WR. Jourdan got robbed.
Not trippin'. I've played football and I know how it goes. It's hard to be dominant week in and week out. Indiana has a top notch Offense with not a damn thing to lose, these performances happen. It's about learning and adjusting . The D has proven they are legit every week before this.. sometimes your just off.
My sisters husband is s really cool guy. He's the nicest dude ever but my sister is only a complete witch.. ever since we were kids. I bet cream isn't half bad off of the court.
They didn't look like they were "up" for the game at all. No intensity like in previous weeks. I'm sure that will change .. a performance like this wakes great teams up.
Yards don't tell the entire story. Cook put a ton of balls where only Burbridge had a shot at it. Even on those situations where burbridge only had a shot it was still highly contested.
I had a loss pretty similar to this my freshman year of college. I cried 3 days straight, no lie. I remember my father driving up, not to console me but to make me better. He started the steel in my spine and then the coaches refined it. Are team want on to win are conference. The way that this team responds to this will show just who they really are.
Saban was right when he dubbed him the greatest athlete he's ever seen. Jourdan has such smooth speed and acceleration. His quickness is elite too.. plus his length is pretty underrated. He's reminds me of a smoother Dre bly
We really missed Deveon out there. Slot of those runs seemed like guys were being brought down without much of a fight. Jake Butt was constantly open as usual. Rudock has to just throw it up to these physical receivers and let them make a play. Might even get a few dpi
The pass rush wasn't bad. They didn't get many sacks but the pressure was decent and Utah used all short throws . Wilson us really mobile also so he escaped pressure a good amount.
Joe Bolden is the biggest issue that I noticed. He's so hesitant, on the first two plays you seen the difference between him and Desmond Morgan. He's not a sure tackler, not hyper Athletic, doesn't play great coverage. I'd like to see more James Ross.
I played college ball and it is hard to go to the other side of country. Still doesn't matter though. You wake up eventually in the first half. Northwestern just dominated Stanford straight up.
NW looks pretty decent. Hard to tell the with Stanford having nine new starters on D. Stanford looks pretty slow on D. David Shaw has been crazy conservative
