How do the prices compare to other B1G arenas/top 25 teams? As someone who lives in the area I'm just not interested in paying $100+ to sit in the lower bowl on a weeknight when the experience at home is quite good, and getting better (until ESPN decides to do that courtside camera nonsense again). As a fan, I realize I'm part of the problem, but the athletic department should do some self reflection too.
It started to come together at the end.. it's just a shame that this team didn't find its moxie until the end. I went from criticizing Beilein in the middle of this season to praising him (except for auto-bench) at the end. These guys showed fight, will, and resolve and you could see it all coming together in March. Camp Sanderson should turn this team into B1G contenders next year and possibly championship contenders the year after.
It seems like it would be quite difficult to limit rules on something like this. How could one differentiate between fatherly advice and coaching advice? Pretty impossible IMO.
I was pleasantly surprised by Borges' prep. By them switching to the zone read mid game it helped keep the offense moving where i expected it to slow down.
This team has a chance to do great things and set a foundation for the future. It really feels like they're one year away from greatness but if they start to "get it" midseason they could be destined for great things at the end of this year.
That must come from the amount of youth on this team and hopefully the guys are pushing each other to be better and better so that standouts don't get lazy.
Interesting analysis. It'd be interesting to see how Brady Hoke's teams have done vs other coaches with regard to penalties over time (non-violent vs violent). That might speak to how well a coach has command over his players
But i really think we need to bear down on defense. This team could be REALLY special if they can play better defense. I know it's full of freshmen and the D should get better but it's hard to say we can beat anyone without getting better on Defense.

I'm eating at Arby's for this game.
This is definitely going to lead to more squib kicks.. which means more exciting kickoffs!

Isn't this "next year is our year" narrative tiring?
Wisconsin is struggling so, of course, they'll rebound from that slump tonight even without Koenig.
And there it is. Welp.
You're trying to limit fat guy touchdowns. That is not fun.
Crap? They won 10 games last year. OSU was clearly more talented in that game and Michigan got outcoached, but harbaugh didn't inherit crap.
Spring game grin is all the feels.
There are many examples.. like a Waffle House sign.
I made a thread a few weeks back on this-- I sent an email to Sean O'Neil, the app developer, on October 5th and he said he was going to look into it.
he'd be the biggest since like.. Mitch McGary
It works on Lolipop but not Marshmallow. Google must have modified something and inadvertently broke this app
Yeah I'm running marshmallow on my nexus 6. The site is OK, but text isn't as readable as the app was.
Wooo hooo for 1 game suspensions.
Who's coaching each side? I think that matters.

This is quite the bittersweet ending.
I'd argue that Goal line formations are also skewed because of fewer yards to go

The TMZ part is the worst. It grabs all of what's bad about Reality television and adds it to sports.
Freshman safety equals doom?
They're in the top 2 easily.
Hopefully the running game will evolve so those PAs are actually a viable option in the offense.

Go Blue.
Hoke and Co are killing it.
At least he's got his redshirt yr. Still sucks a lot though :-/
Michigan's early Non-Conference schedule is TOUGH.

I need to relieve a complilation of "It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine" moments.
I think i caught pnuemonia that game. Or maybe it was depression.

The pain that some of these bring makes me wonder how I survived them initially.
Arkansas (13-8)
@ Alabama: L 59-56. Tennessee: W 73-60.
.500 SEC continues apace. Florida looms this week. They gon' die.
They're getting dominated by Arkansas at the moment.

Sometimes it seems like he's asked repeat questions in a different way and it seems like he doesn't appreciate it.
John Glenn's fight song is the same as the Ohio State fight song.
it's a bit soon to make that conclusion but i like that thought.

Even during not Mich-MSU broadcasts they talk about the Spartans so much.
Hoping MSU wins. Hate Ohio State.
damn shame

That it no longer sounds like an actual word.
I don't think we see enough of it on the internet.
It's pointless and too often used in close games when the focus should be on motivating the team and producing noise to distract the opponent
