Do these numbers account for the economy these past 10 years?
I know when I graduated there were no jobs available, especially living in Michigan like I was. I'm doing all right now, but it was tough to get into the entry level career path until a year or two after graduation. I imagine if we started looking at data from now you would have a higher average.
Also, I wonder if the out of state students are throwing this off? If top Michigan grads are going to NYC or SF, you would have very different salaries than other Big 10 school grads who head to Chicago.
Even when in the pocket QBs are traditionally pretty vulnerable. When you combine the "blind side" issues with QBs trying to extend plays with their arms/legs, you have a good chance of people getting tackled with body parts extended and no way to brace/protect themselves.
Other players that get hit a lot (WRs/RBs) generally know when the hit is coming and can prep by tucking in. Even run first guys like Denard/old school option guys knew the hits were coming and were prepared. I think dual threat guys will continue to get hurt a lot more than other QBs until coaches adjust to have them stay in the pocket more.
That's because they donate to Motts or the university proper. Remember how Woodson has donated millions to Motts and Lloyd Carr has a floor named after him due to his players generosity?
Considering the SEC only played 4 games against Power 5 teams, and 4 games against FCS teams, let's not talk about conference strength quite yet. There is a lot of football to be played and we don't have a lot of data yet.
It bothers me that in a report about "new journalism" the author didn't even bother doing some cursory fact checks. EDSBS isn't a Florida blog, something that would take all of two minutes to check.
Driskel is a train wreck. Would rather have Morris start and learn on the job than someone who has been Muschamped. Hogan is another story, but you should only bring in a transfer if they are better than your current options.

I wouldn't be surprised if they already had one. The point of a search firm is to find people under contract and get deals done. That's exactly what you need for both an AD and a HC.
Spielman is one of the better guys out there. A few homer remarks every now and then, but more than made up for his ability to break down defensive play simply.
In order to have women's hockey they would need to add at least one more sheet of ice, preferably two. Would be a great addition to the new sports complex or north campus, and could rent it out if not in use by a team.
You can argue about not wanting to spend that much money on a sandwich, but people who claim that any other shop in town has a superior product are just trying to be special.
Maize and Blue is tasty, but I can make that at home after hitting a grocery store. You really cannot replicate a lot of the items at Zingermann's unless you are willing to spend a great deal of money and buy those items from around the globe.
I know people don't like to call these guys "athletes," but I doubt there is anyone on this board who can do what they do physically. Performing 300 actions per minute (button clicks) is extraordinarily difficult when you are button mashing, and these guys are performing complex maneuvers and executing strategies while doing so. While I'm not sure if I would consider eSports Olympic worthy, but there is definitely a lot of physical training that these folks do.
I think this is great. I would much prefer the game rotate around the conference than to keep it in Indiana every year. Same with the football and hockey tournaments/championship, let's have them all rotate around the league.
Clearly we are in dire straights as a program because a random user of a random Michigan blog posted a thread congratulating the team on being bowl eligible. Does that sum up the situation nicely?
If they are looking at associate members I would be surprised if they are not eyeing some Canadian schools. Put the University of Toronto in the Big 10 hockey conference and it could change quite a bit for the conference as a whole.
Change the rule to a full set of 4 downs per industry to make sure it isn't serious and call it a day. This should be the rule anyways so you can get a proper evaluation.
You can also head downtown early and watch the team do a walk through at the church on State Street. You'll have some down time after but it is pretty cool.
