But other than the legends we have now I dont really think there's any others who stick out to me as having to be a legend. Clearly the 3 Heisman winners get it(although like I said w #2, its the defensive #1) should be retired, and Kramer, Wisterts, Ford, and Oosterban all deserve it. But outside of those I dont really have anyone at Michigan who stick out as dominantly as they do. Obviously #77 is a big deal around here, but its not something to retire. Its the #1 of the OL and demands excellence to be worn. #7 isnt so much a big deal to me other than its a great QB number, but I think #77 is a far bigger deal to an LT than #7 is to a QB. But this is all my opinion though. Id just hate to see current and future players be placed 2nd behind a legend when they themselves could make a new impact to a number.

I'm of the opinion now that these legends numbers are going to get annoying REALLY fast. I'd rather see a monster WR wearing the #1(Funchess, who IS a WR) who terrorizes defenses than some number that SHOULD be retired and painted on or etched into some spot to remember it as a Michigan great. But reusing the numbers is so silly in that it never allows for the kids nowadays to make a name/number for themselves. All the numbers we have as legends now should be retired, and the only exception to these numbers is Woodson's #2. I'll never forget watching him take the punt back on OSU when I was a small child, and I know Mr. Peppers mentioned that he would love to wear that number also, but i would look at wearing #2 on defense as the equivalent to the #1 on offense.

I think I heard you say this at some point before while kinda addressing this issue before, you said something about it being your site. And thats just the thing, it is your site. I have my own site for my business and I love owning it. But not everyone in the world is a good person, we hear about the bad ones on the news all the time, internet trolls are a different form of those bad people and theres really only one thing they deserve. To be cut off from everyone else and void of sympathy. I know you care about the site a lot and it is your well-being after all, but most of us wont care if you banhammer a select few who really deserve it. Just take care of the site, I love reading it, so give the people you dont want around here the big middle finger and forget about them. I for one would rather read posts about the state of UM sports things and happenings than I would something like this about the douchers of the world. But it happens. I support MGoBlog and have it on RSS. Keep doing what you do. Same with the rest of the staff.

I resigned my caring at halftime of the Akron game. I even apologized to the girl i took to the game out of embarrasment of the product on the field. A hangover after ND wouldve only been a quarter at most...not the half. I saw us getting beat up by kids who should have no business even standing toe to toe with us giving the talent we have. Glad i stopped caring then, saved me alot of heartache.

Ya man you got your head buried way deep in the ground if your that harsh on the D. Put yourself in the shoes of the D, how would you feel if you worked your ass off and gave the offense all those golden opportunities and got nothing back from it? You'd prolly be pretty pissed/disheartened. But of course I could be totally wrong, you yourself could be one of the welches who disheartens others.

|1 year 8 weeks ago||Score||
That just seems like a pessimistic score to me from a UM fan perspective. From the way the team has been starting to gel and Borges' play calling as of late I'd say UM has a formidible advantage regardless of the game being in AA. I went to the tOSU @ MSU game a few weeks back and they're none too impressive in person. If Sims is out who else do they have that is a threat in the recieving core? Maxwell isnt exactly Cousins this year and they REALLY miss Cunningham and Martin. I mean they only scored 16 on tOSU's defense which then gave up 49 to Indiana. Indiana fergodsakes!! Which I know on this site you like to poke fun at Indiana and Minnesota for forgetting that they have football programs lol! Anyways it just seems to me if we can do what we did vs ND(minus the turnover-fest) then we should be feeling pretty good. We walked all over ND before shooting ourselves repeatedly in the foot.
