GO BLUE!!!

Aren’t you more curious…

Aren’t you more curious about what’s happening in Fansville

But I was told he was a 3…

But I was told he was a 3 star?

It will be like the Broncos…

It will be like the Broncos after our QB gets hurt on the first play. Who’s gonna play now?

A smile creeps on Harbaugh’s face from behind his boner mask. “You have the bridge numbah 1”, he informs Gattis, before picking up the sideline telephone. And making the call he’d been waiting all year to make—his ultimate gambit.

“I checked the bylaws. We’re good. We’ve got them right where we want them.”

”Then let’s bust the nuts.”

And JOK steps on the field.

I mean if modern medicine…

I mean if modern medicine can find a cure for Bond’s superherpes then COVID should be child’s play in comparison.

Fully agree, friend. It…

Fully agree, friend. It might just not be in the cards for him regardless of coaching. But I’ve unfortunately seen little to suggest he will have his best shot here.

He should transfer for his…

He should transfer for his own good. Dude could be great if coached and handled correctly.  But I fear here at M, he will not get coached out of his bad tendencies, he will get confidence whiplash from the Next-Cam-Newton-To-Riding-The-Bench situation, and he will either have to persist through a likely coaching change or be stuck with the same coaches that put him in this situation in the first place. Staying is a lose-lose proposition, if only factoring in football-related issues.

For the good of the team, I hope he stays. But it’s hard to watch these promising kids get put out to dry because of whatever infathomable issues are plaguing this coaching staff.

I predict the same Michigan…

I predict the same Michigan team that showed up vs OSU. Flashes of explosiveness and potential, marred by SMH mistakes that we can ill afford given the raw talent disparity. Coaching won’t be the deciding factor by any realistic metric, but there will be a few moments that rankle nonetheless.

49-24 Bama.

Hopefully I’m wrong, of course.

The pressure was definitely…

The pressure was definitely there—at least in this game, the Rutgers QB seemed pretty good at realizing when he was in danger and getting rid of the ball. I don’t follow Rutgers closely enough to know if this a fluke or a strength of his.

Asking the real questions

Asking the real questions

Maybe their outlook would…

Maybe their outlook would improve if we had a top 5 defense, beat three ranked teams in a row, beat a rival, improve the offensive line, get a better QB, have a 1000 yard rusher, have respectable backups at most positions, and be a realistic playoff contender. If we can do all that, I bet people would be more optimistic.

Because Harbaugh was screaming from the sideline to do a FB Dive, Pep was screaming for a QB kneel, and Patterson misheard the call and accidentally threw a TD to a highly rated receiver.

Malzone REPORTER: “Coach, do you have faith in O’Korn to win ‘the game’, or would you rather see what Malzone can bring to this team.?” HARBAUGH: [stares] REPORTER: “That is, ah-“ HARBAUGH: [rolls eyes] REPORTER2: “So, um, Devin Bush—“ HARBAUGH: “Good football player. Great speed. Very impressive, attacks the ball. Great kid.”
!!! Barkley!!!
To be fair... To be fair, despite the performance boost Peters provided, I've yet to see conclusive evidence that he is "controlling the huddle".
LJ Scott Dodged the IU D like they were traffic tickets
Wrong Name Let's not dip to the level of name calling. His name is Mark Diantoni.
Major Fail? If our defense in Saturday's game consists of a "major fail", how would you describe our offense? The D gave up 14 early before slamming the lock shut, giving the offense opportunity after opportunity that they could not/did not capitalize on. I mean, sure, I wish we'd shut them out too. But the defense is f'ing amazing and doesn't constitute anything close to a major failure IMHO.
One of those situations This is one of those situations where a sudden, unexpected development can suddenly turn into a litmus test of someone's character. The corruption in general was a poorly kept, basically open secret to anyone who really paid attention. The beautiful-ish thing about it is that no matter what stance someone took in the past, the present suddenly brings righteous judgment. Feigning surprise/ignorance while maximizing pageviews? Clinical opportunist. Raised repeated alarms that didn't garner attention until the whole thing exploded? Shows some integrity.
I recall hearing a few weeks I recall hearing a few weeks ago that they were going to try to implement the new site during the bye week. Working in IT, I extrapolated this to mean the 2018 bye week.
Nah Those pics at least include medical facilities
Unworthy Not even worthy of a [stares, shakes head]. Musta caught coach in a good mood.
Eh Can't hate their fans. Their program is generating some excitement for once, I'm sure they're getting swept up in it. Same can be said about their players...to an extent. So while their trash talking was a dumb move, I put it in the same category. The cheap shots, late hits, and the smiles thereafter, however, are a lot more troublesome to me. Also, Coach Baldy needs some Valium.
... [stares]
DL Our DL seemed to emerge from the game healthy too
Speight Jameson. Always Jameson. Except when I run out of Jameson; then it's Bushmills. Speight all the way. I hear people's complaints (and hoped we'd all see a clearer picture of Peters in garbage time against CU, but, alas...). Makes good reads, has shown promise in the past, mistakes are feasibly coachanle, and--most importantly--he seems like the best we've got at the moment. Go blue!
You are correct You are right, I am drunk, and this is fair comeuppance for blaming autocorrect for my own flaws. Although, to be fair, I did say I wasn't a supermega GoT fan (though what I've seen is great). Also, to be fair, I'd rather look at Charlise Theron than Reek, so I'm going to excuse my own Freudian slip there.
Harbaugh leaving As much as I'd like to think otherwise, I can picture Harbaugh leaving for the NFL under certain circumstances. Those circumstances being: a MI NC (most likely to leave), or at least a B10 champ...both dependent on him feeling that he'd leave the program in good hands. I hope he stays forever, do t get me wrong. But I feel like if HE feels that he has achieved the best he can at MI, and can leave the team confident that it will be in good hands, that he would/could return to the NFL to slay his Mobu Dick of being a winning Super Bowl coach. For the same reasons we love him--he is an intense, competitive dude, striving for the top.
Conspiracy theory You know, this is one conspiracy theory that I can't say I fully buy into, but I find it real hard to dismiss. I'm not saying it's because the refs hate Harbaugh. I'm not saying it's because the refs hate MI, or were bribed by OSU. Honestly, it could be caused by all or none of the above. And--maybe--I'm just biased by being a homer with selective memory. But I don't recall any MI victories as the result of extending 1 second into 2.7 seconds. I don't remember any MI victories from an inexplicable 4th down spot in OT. I DO recall some dubious calls that went in our favor now and then...but never in a game-clinching situation. Granted, I never really WANT a game to come down to that, but a fair law of averages would put us benefitting from such calls around 50% of the time, and as far as I. An remember that just doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe I'm being a homer (again), but some of these penalties/lack therof/spots seem reminiscent of the Lions. EDIT: "Theron" to "Thereof". WTF autocorrect, I barely watch GoT
