It's a five minute cab ride from Mandalay Bay on Rainbow just south of I-215. The game is on with full audio and the staff takes great care of the M fans. I go there for every game. If you really want to stay on-strip Lagasse is the way to go. Twin Peaks would be a good alternative, too. But if you want a M-centric experience go to Putter's.
I'm going to have to take some blame on this. I took Big Ben out of my fantasy team and replaced him with Henne.
My roster has been restored so hopefully that will silence Tacopants for the future.

"In addition to the six-month jail sentence, Winston will serve two years of probation and pay $1,768.43 in fines and court costs. Winston also is required to complete an assaultive behavior and substance abuse counseling program and must submit to random drug and alcohol tests."
I have a mac and a pc at work. I do development for the web, so I have lots of different browsers between both operating systems. IE, firefox, safari, chrome; MGoBlog is the most frequented site on all of them.
Even on my iPhone, I saved a shortcut to the site on my homescreen.
It's a good thing that I am stuck at a dead-end job. Without this site, I would go insane.
Thanks Brian.
As a former engineer for DirecTV and part of the team that developed the current generation of their set-top-box interface, I am glad to hear that moxi was a step back.
I did catch it on the youtubes (lousy video of it on a person's tv, so not worth linking) after I posted. It didn't look like Fedor was hurt too bad though. Just the cut on the nose and the fact that his nose was most likely broken. That's all in a days work for him.
I saw Fedor live in Vegas a few years ago when Pride tried to break into the US market. He slaughtered Mark Coleman, which was great because Coleman is a buckeye.
I have a major problem with CBS though Despite the west-coast feed being re-broadcast, they didn't get the Fedor fight in the two-hour recording window, so my recording cut off just before the fight.
I guess that's what youtube is for. Viva la interwebs!!!
I'm already nearly a shut-in. The rain only reinforces it.
I will say that last weekend was very tough for me. Upper 70's and sunny vs. watching the debacle. The weather lost and so did we :(
I cleaned out my local beer depot of their remaining stock of Sam Adams - Cherry Wheat. It's made with Cherries from Michigan. Between that and the Jameson, I might be able to drink right through the game (9am west coast starts are the best).

“We’ll see how he does,” Rodriguez said. “I think (Tuesday) he felt a lot better and I don’t think there’s any issues—or many at all—with his shoulder. With those concussions, no matter how severe it is, you want to be 100 percent sure it’s cleared up.”
This will be my first time back in Ann Arbor for a football game in far too many years. I can't wait to see how the changes to the Big House look in person.
Plus, I can't wait to hit The Fleetwood.
As for the actual game, I'd like to see a lot of the second and third teams getting reps in the second half.
He can carry that with the little brown jug.
I just want to point out that Nick is capable of playing a decent game as evident from the Minn game last year.
He's still a Wolverine and deserves respect for sticking it out through the rough times and doing a great job helping Tate and Denard prepare.
If you have an issue with the cost of Sunday Ticket, about midway through the season, DirecTV usually offers a cheaper "buy the rest of the season" package.
I have been a subscriber for a long time and I absolutely love it. They have a lot of added features like a player tracker for fantasy players that pops up a message on your screen when player does something point-worthy. Plus there is the red zone channel and the game mix so you can watch 8 games at once.
When I lived in Vegas, while taking bids on landscaping our backyard, one company advertised that they used the same turf that was used in Michigan Stadium. Naturally (or is it artificially), they won our business.

Lets say that i have a small video camera, the size of a soda can. is that allowed in the stadium? Obviously, not the camera bag under these new rules...
Technically, it was a fight where a football game broke out. The best part was that we bought our tickets the day before the game and got seats on the 50 yard line.
I was there for both of those games and the game against Texas. The Texas game hurt the worst because the game "losing" kick was right in front of me and I saw one of our defenders getting the tip of his finger on the ball. It's a game of inches.
Teams I hate:
Texas
USC
Florida (Meyers' whining denied us the 2nd whack at the buckeyes in 2006)
My wife used to work for a Florida alum and he lived right up the street from us. After THE HORROR, he was giving her grief non-stop about how bad we were and how great the gators were. After the Capital One game was announced, he just got way more obnoxious.
Well, we all know the results of that game and immediately after the game, we marched right up to his house and started singing The Victors until he came out and acknowledged us. Karma is a bitch.
Thankfully, my boss is a Wolverine.
On 19th and Irving there is the sportsbar, Underdogs, that is owned by an alum. They'll be open at 9am for the game and the food is awesome. I recommend getting the taco "nick's way." Plus after the game you can wander around the area which is a smaller and less chaotic chinatown. Its also right on the edge of golden gate park.
Ditto on the "SF" not "San Fran."
Have fun.
I'm on the 3rd time watching my recording of the game. That and work (which luckily involves a decent amount of time spent on the MGoBoard) takes up most of my day.
It confirms what Coach Rod has been preaching that we'll win when we deserve to win and we'll get the respect nationally when we deserve it. The most important part is for Coach Rod to continue to preach that everyone stay humble and hungry.

Just an FYI, the direct download is pointing to a missing page. Thanks.
2 Anchor Steams and 4 Big Daddy IPAs in with a handle of Jameson waiting for me when I get home from work. Tomorrow can't come fast enough.
