Does anybody else hate how the big 10 network zooms there cameras in on the guy with the ball and eliminates everyone else on the field from being in the camera. Maybe it's just me but I kind of like to see more than one player and watch the play develop.
I totally agree with you. Oregon state is all freshman, so a real test of how good our backs are is when we play a more serious, experienced team. BYU will be the next big test.
Michigan had a super solid game, but everyone has to remember that we were playing a bunch an Oregon state team full of freshman. Sure there were some great moments and the running game was good, but BYU will be a legit test to see how good the line is at opening up holes and if smith can hit them. It's great that we have another easy game next week to get ready for the tough stretch and get the line set.
I totally agree. Our running back situation is awful right now. Smith isn't going to get much better unless there are 10ft holes in front of him, and green is a huge disappointment. I think the only hope is drake.
It was sweet actually watching a real game last night. This came down to quarter back play and Rudock just couldn't make it happen. He had a really great last drive, and he spread the ball around which I liked, but the overthrown passes and interceptions were just to much to overcome.
Really encouraging game. Michigan just had a couple to many turn overs, and a few to many missed opportunities. Utah didn't win the game, Michigan gave it up.
Basketball season is a great sign of relief for Michigan supporters. I have know doubt that John Beline will work his magic and turn the team into a big ten title contender.
I couldn't agree more with the fact that Michigan is going to have the hardest time selling tickets the next decade or so. I have many family friends who are old school Michigan fans and I can now see that those people are dying of and no one is there to replace them. Once the old folks are gone Michigan is in serious trouble from a ticket viewpoint.
It was definitely a good idea to fire Borges. Another year and the offense would have really been bad. It's bad now but Nuss gives us a better chance in the long run, and I think by the end of the year we will see improvements. He did help Alabama to national championships!
This is absolutely the last straw for Hoke. I like the guy, but after what happened yesterday, he needs to go. I think he got in over his head, and the stress of this season and last has built up so much that he made a terrible decision during yesterday's game that could effect a kids life for ever. He has to be fired now!
As much as I want Shane Morris to start; he's a real quarter back and not a glorified wide receiver, I don't think he will. 20 minutes before the game and ESPN is talking like Gardner is starting. Another mediocre game that won't draw a TV audience. I think the streak if 100,000 is safe because it is the brown jug game.
