and i whole heartedly agree that a good handyman, electrician and plumber are all you really need. you can list your rental on Craigslist, Zillow and Trulia to find tenants and conduct screenings. having tenants directly deposit into accounts set up for only that purpose is a great way to stay on top of payments at a distance. local eviction attorneys can handle evictions if needed.
6tyrone6, Where are you an agent? What areas? I'm mostly in the SFV but go all over Southern California though I just put a house in San Jose into escrow this morning.

let's just go with the traditional uniforms and skip the tinkering around with them.
Michigan has the best uniform in college sports.
We don't need to mess with it.

through half barrels of Oberon and Two Hearted about every five days. LA is loving having Bell"s around.

Nike was essentially kicked off campus while I was in undergrad. I want to say it was around 1998 or so. There was a huge protest by the student body about the sweatshop labor practices of Nike and the university was basically forced to kill the nike deal.
Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly but pretty sure the protest against Nike was what forced us to go with Adidas.

realtor and restaurant owner in Los Angeles (Studio City)
2003 Infiniti G35 with 230,901 miles on it. black on black.
As a realtor I need a 4 door vehicle that looks sharp for driving around clients but the biggest factor when I was shopping was rear wheel drive. I just hate the feel of front wheel drive. the 260 hp and sport tuned suspension help too.

|2 years 23 weeks ago||california craft beer is booming||
my restaurant: Tuning Fork Gastropub carries only craft beer and very few brewed outside of california. we're all michigan transplants who love great craft beer. we wish we could get Founder's and Bell's out here but can't. If you haven't tried Ballast Point or Lagunitas then you definitely should. Obviously Stone as well as Hangar 24, Speakeasy, Russian River, and Bootleggers Brewery and many more. if you like cans then Golden Road Brewery is good stuff as well and they just made a deal with Costco so it might be heading out of CA.
here is the current beer menu link: http://tuningforkgastropub.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/TF_DRINK-MENU_FEB-14.pdf and that doesn't include the Taps which rotate pretty much weekly. http://www.beermenus.com/places/10825-tuning-fork-gastropub lists what is currently on tap.
