Blues, you can target 1st and 2nd year players who if in good academic standing can transfer without losing too many credits and still be on track to graduate in 4 years. Beilein brought in a few impactful transfers.

And JH is responsible largely for our crappy NIL. He has to get out there and still the program and work with boosters. Harbaugh came around to that. Glad handing is part of the job as is recruiting. Warde ain't going to do shit so that falls on Howard and his staff.
I think Scruggs is a huge get for us. Guy who played in the NFL, super young, and coached under Fickel who has done a great job identifying coaching talent.
