If the Lions don't take a CB today, they've failed. Period. Trade up if you have to. I don't care if you get Jonathon Martin and Lavonte David (love both picks) there comes a time when need outweighs value. And the Lions desperately need a CB. Houston is solid/serviceable but he's not a shutdown guy. I think Smith is a playmaker, but you can't match him up against a #1 receiver.
