They will tell you this kid…

They will tell you this kid is coming to Michigan, until they don't and it was a last second change in decision 🙄🙄.

Let me help you out.

  1. Is the recruit ranked inside the Top 50? Then he's not coming to MIchigan
  2. Is the recruit ranked inside the Top 150 and Michigan is in his final 3? 10% chance he comes to Michigan.
Honestly, I wouldn’t even…

Honestly, I wouldn’t even allow them on campus.

Because that didn’t happen…

Fox Sports app will have 4K. However, I tried their World Cup stream for Team USA yesterday and it was AWFUL. The 720p/1080i (whatever fox uses) was much better.

He is now tied with Jeff Okudah for career INTs.

Rushing Yards Per Game

Rushing Yards Per Game

  1. Air Force 334
  2. Ole Miss 260
  3. Michigan 251
  4. UCLA 240
  5. Oregon 240
  6. Tennessee 196
  7. Georgia 193
  8. Illinois 184
  9. USC 183

Sacks Allowed

  1. Oregon 2(!!!!!)
  2. Georgia 7
  3. Air Force 9
  4. Ole Miss 10
  5. Michigan 12
  6. UCLA 14
  7. Illinois 18
  8. USC 19
  9. Tennessee 22

Factoring in competition (sorry Air Force) and the fact that Michigan won it last year, I see the top 3 right now as:

  1. Ole Miss
  2. Oregon
  3. Michigan

Things can change quickly with results from The Game.

also, USC is a huge surprise. Their OLine has been awful the last few years. What a turnaround.

Well, it was also all those…

Well, it was also all those 6th and 7th year seniors on Michigan.

Why does he keep saying 31-3…

Why does he keep saying 31-3? Is that some inside joke that I’m missing?

Cmon man. If Penn State had…

Cmon man. If Penn State had won like 7 of the last 14 national titles and finished in the top 2 in recruiting each year, they would probably get the benefit of the doubt too.

USC in the Top 10 is…

USC in the Top 10 is absolutely ridiculous.

Zero wins against the T25

Have given up nearly 1,900 yards (!!) in their last 3 games.  In comparison, Michigan has given up 2,002 yards this entire 9 game season.

They have 3 one score wins against Arizona, Cal and Oregon State.

SEC bias for Clemson?!?

SEC bias for Clemson?!?

Clemson's wins thus far: #86…

Clemson's wins thus far: #86 GT, FCS Furman, #118 La Tech, #29 Wake (in OT), #41 NC St, #94 BC, #37 FSU.

And that's what sucks about the 'human' polls. In the human polls they have 2 top 20 wins.

That said, now that NC State lost their QB for the year, they will lose a bunch of games. And that will lower their credit for that win (which is asinine, but that's the way it works. Just like you'll listen to Herbie tout that Ohio State already has a top 5 win for beating one of the worst ND Teams in years).

How do you get the Vegas…

How do you get the Vegas predicted score? Do you calculate it yourself?

So say a spread is 9 and the over under is 65. Do you then assume the prediction is 37-28?

A hit so vicious, brutal and…

A hit so vicious, brutal and scary that it ended the careers of both players.

OSU OL: 112 dropbacks, only…

OSU OL: 112 dropbacks, only 2 sacks!!

It’s gotta be: “Oh-Ja——BO!”

It’s gotta be: “Oh-Ja——BO!”

I don’t think there is…

I don’t think there is anything wrong with being pissed off when you’re the GOAT.

The best Quarterback of all time wanted to go “home” to play with the Raiders and they chose an average QB over him.

Big Ten cannot be decided in…

Big Ten cannot be decided in October unless you believe Michigan will lose two games.

Makes no sense. There aren’t…

Makes no sense. There aren’t “conversations”. If any school outside Notre Dame or the SEC is asked to join, they will say yes.

You don’t need to say “even…

You don’t need to say “even as a Michigan fan…”

That’s unreal. That’s the…

That’s unreal. That’s the third Michigan player to be #1 in the last five years.  And last year Hutch was #2.

With 130 NCAA Teams, is there any chance that Michigan is lying on these numbers? Just seems crazy to have the biggest freak every single year.

OH - JA - BO!

OH - JA - BO!

Road games are almost always…

Road games are almost always a chance for a loss.

3 Road Games. @Iowa, @Rutgers (they nearly won at Michigan last year), @OSU.

(I think Indiana is going to be awful this season.)

2 at home games: PSU, MSU.

So that's 5 losable games.

I think if you have 5 losable games, you're looking at 4-1 best case scenario.

Then he has to be a lock to…

Then he has to be a lock to Michigan, after all the school has done for his family, right?

What relation does CJ Carr…

What relation does CJ Carr have to Chad Carr (ChadTough.org)?

The best solution is pods…

The best solution is pods. You have four games early in the season based off prior year results. Then after four games, you create new pods based on the records of the teams.

Greed is not good

Huh? The…

Greed is not good

Huh? The entire bowl system has been run for YEARS on pure greed. It’s obviously grossly outdated, but read some of the chapters in “Death to the BCS”.

These bowl games thread the line between greed and just pure corruption. The entire system needs to be abolished and reset from the ground up.

As a Michigan grad, I would…

As a Michigan grad, I would think you would be intelligent enough to know if a couple football players a year skirt the transfer rules, it’s not going to hurt the academic standing of the university or devalue your degree.

One more point, regarding…

One more point, regarding the flu. If the flu was rampant on the team, none of the starters were sick. Because all the starters were accounted for and shown getting on the bus in Columbus.

Ohio State football is not going to put a sick player on a bus with 50 teammates. They are going to drive that player up separately in a car.

A lot of the breaks went…

A lot of the breaks went Ohio States’s way in The Game. If all of these things don’t happen, Michigan wins in a huge blowout:

  • McNamara’s end zone INT
  • 4 Circus catches by well covered OSU receivers
  • 3 fumbles, all recovered by OSU
  • Multiple 3rd and really long and 4th down conversions

If just one of these don’t happen Michigan wins by 20 or more.

That’s so cool! My pre…

That’s so cool! My pre-schooler also loves getting stickers. He got one last week for coloring within the lines.

Actually, I believe I read…

Actually, I believe I read that Michigan would be a larger favorite over OKState than Cinci.

Not to mention, Cinci has about 6 or 7 players on the team that will be drafted/play in the NFL.

Here’s another number. FOX’s…

Here’s another number. FOX’s lead in show, Big Noon Saturday, had 3.3M viewers. That’s for a show that airs at 8a on the west coast.

That TV rating is bigger than:

MSU @ Miami

LSU @ UCLA

Tenn @ UF

OKSt @ Texas

Can we please stop with this…

Can we please stop with this nonsense. Where a team was ranked when you played them does not matter.

Gus Johnson call on this…

Gus Johnson call on this play was perfect. Ojabo’s celebration was amazing. And Jeter just smacked him so hard. Just a perfect clip.

I generally dislike the idea…

I generally dislike the idea of Co-MVPs, but in this case it’s fair.

That said, I would vote Hutchinson MVP.

Haskin’s would get Harbaugh’s highest honor, the Frank Gore award.

Michigan Football announced…

Michigan Football announced yesterday that:

”Ronnie Bell is a team captain who is highly productive, a fierce competitor, and a leader amongst his peers. He loves the game of football. A shining star who will crush his rehab to come back to Michigan next year and build upon his legacy as a great player and team leader.”

The dirty payment game is…

The dirty payment game is almost done. The local car dealerships are no longer giving the kids money and cars under the table. It’s now all tied with NIL.

Michigan needs to get with it and partner with some local dealerships.  Or you know, there are a few car manufacturers in the Detroit area, do a partnership with one of those.

Not sure how to “bump” a…

Not sure how to “bump” a post, but Angelique confirmed.

Michigan, (1) has to put more pressure on the Big Ten. (2) On FOX or ESPN they need to publicly state that an Ohio State fan who was previously barred from reffing this game is going to be reffing again. Additionally, in 2016 missed several calls that were acknowledged to be missed by the B1G were his fault, all that went against Michigan.  Finally, there is video evidence of his patting OSU on the ass after big plays and smiling when they would score.

I get that you don’t want to say that because it seems like excuses before the game even starts, but there needs to be pressure on this clown.

We aren't sure about the…

We aren't sure about the length but it's believed both parties negotiated a stable, long term commitment in excess of 3 seasons.

STABLE? He doesn't win an SEC West Title in 2 years and he's gone. They are ridiculous at that school.

Unless he's injured, why in the world wouldn't he play tomorrow?

He left the Maryland game early due to an injury and was sent to the locker room. From my memory, there was never an update on his status. (I was only half listening to the broadcast).

1-19 is just insane. 7 point…

1-19 is just insane. 7 point underdogs have a win percentage of 30%. Now, I get some of those games were more than 7 points, but there is a reason for our pessimism.

Even 12 point dogs win at a 20% clip.

Also, likely no LSU either…

Also, likely no LSU either. Maybe one day Ohio State will join that list.

I wish Vegas would release a poll.

It’s even more simple than…

It’s even more simple than that. If Michigan wins out they will be in the playoffs.

LOL. What a clown post. KU…

LOL. What a clown post. KU had lost like 60 consecutive B12 road games. But yeah, their win wasn’t a big deal.

Obviously, the correct…

Obviously, the correct answer is you should want MSU to lose. That said, I am 100% hoping (not gonna root) that the Buckeyes lose for a few reasons.

  1. Michigan wins their last two, they are in the playoffs. An 11-1 Michigan is going to supersede the PAC-12, Big 12, ACC and Cinci.
  2. Michigan could still go to Indy if Sparty slips up against PSU. (which is 100% possible if Clifford is able to play)
  3. I live in Ohio and nothing feels better than an OSU loss. (not to mention, very solid chance that they could finish the year on a three game losing streak)
  4. Mel Tucker is 100% gone if he beats Michigan & OSU in the same year.
  5. See part 3 again, Ohio State losses feel so great.
