Thank you Moe for three great years and good luck to you against your idol. . Loved your Players Tribune write up that got me a bit teary-eye. Also thank you for not writing it in German. Took four semesters of German at Michigan and the only thing I remember is "bier, bitte." I might even be able to order anywhere from 1-10 beers if pushed a bit. |

To quote Ed Rooney, "Between grief and nothing, I'll take grief". Great run boys and we just got beat by a deeper team. |

Reminded me of when we put 102 on Virginia in the 1989 tourney run. Was kind of hoping for another three at the end to match that number. Go Blue and cute the Elite Muppets.

5 weeks 2 days ago | Guess I just figured out what I'm doing on Fridays this fall |
I live in Reno and Damonte Ranch High School is 10 min from my office. Looks like I need to catch some games this fall wearing my maize and blue!!! Maybe I'll invite some of my ND colleagues to join me. |

Back to back Big 10 championships deserve back to back muppets! Loved Beilein getting the crowd fired up during the celebration speech and dropping "the team, the team, the team." Go Blue!!!

23 weeks 13 hours ago | Avoiding the Trap |
I was living in Madison and went to the game with a group of Michigan friends. Having been to the 1993 "stampede" game, we were sort of worried about this being a trap game. We had great seats right by the Michigan tunnel and I still have photos on my desk of the team coming out on the field. I just remember being on edge but Michigan just grinding out the win with Howard late in the game. I also distinctly remember the body language of the team afterwards walking back into the locker room: not a lot of celebrating and they still had a very focused look in their eyes. I'm usually not too confident about Michigan football but seeing their body language, I knew they were already getting locked in and focused for OSU next week. An underappreciated game but it was great to see Michigan avoid the trap. Cocktails and steaks at the Tornado club never tasted so good. |

Definitely the Florida band. My brother and I were laughing when we first heard it. Maybe they are trying to troll their own coach. |
3 years 29 weeks ago | If Morris had a concussion, why did he still have his helmet? |
As a physician and Michigan fan, I'm shocked like everybody else at the way this whole thing played out. Hoke, the coaching staff and most importantly the medical staff has some serious questions to answer that I'm sure they will avoid in the next few press conferences. What I don't understand was 1) Was he evaluated on the sidelines and 2) if he did have a concussion, why the medical staff didn't take his helmet away from him. That's a really easy common way to ensure that a player doesn't make his way back on the field during the game without being cleared. |

More I read, it does sound like he was getting pushed out. May help us as the guy will likely have a chip on his shoulder now. |

There were 6-8 plays that made a difference? He makes it sound like we were in this game until near the end. |
5 years 27 weeks ago | Just got the prices |
I was pretty close.... just got an e-mail... - The Game Changer (limited to 30 pieces): $7,995 Can't figure out why the more limited ones cost less.... |
5 years 27 weeks ago | Watch names |
I'm just thinking with the limited editions (50 for the Game Changer, 12 for the Rain Maker, and 8 for the Risk Taker) the prices are going to get incredibly inflated. Market forces at work- good ol' supply and demand.
BTW- Rain Maker? They couldn't come up with something better than that? Sounds like it's the watch for the graduate who is a regular high tipping customer at his local Gentlemen's night club. Maybe more appropriate for a MSU wide reciever who has made it to the NFL.

5 years 27 weeks ago | Nice timepieces |
Q What is the difference between a watch and a time piece? A. About $10,000. Need to start an over/under on the watches. I'm guessing the base watch starts at about $7500. Kind of pricey for stainless steel cases on all three models |
