Although I listened semi-frequently, I'd find myself taking long breaks because I could not listen to Mike any longer. He was the weak link on that show, and IMO, probably the reason why the two cut loose. You can only fart into a mic so many times. And his questions during interviews were painful to listen to. The only thing I enjoyed about him was his Sparty schadenfreude. |

The worst example of timeouts at the end of the game came in the Minnesota/IU game this year, which Minnesota won. I was talking on the phone to my dad in California and the last minute of that game must have taken 10 minutes of real time, maybe more. It really ruined the experience for me. Hell, it was laughable how long that took.
