I think you guys are missing the biggest reason there is less interest in M Football- it has become often boring and painful to watch.
I attended the U of M vs Nebraska game last year and not only was it a loss but it was very likely one of the worst games Michigan has ever played. The style of the game and execution were so poor.
I enjoyed watching RichRod's teams play because at least you felt like they were trying to win. Borges offense felt like they were trying to make sure that they didn't move the ball downfield.
So if you are going to have an incredibly boring offense as Mr. Borges seemd to want to introduce (with the notable exceptions of Notre Dame and OSU last year), then you darn well better at least win the easier games such as Nebtraska and Penn State last year.
OSU fans are more excited than they have ever been not just because they are winning but because Urban Meyer's offense is a lot more fun to watch than Tresselball.

If this letter and everything it requests doesn't show you that the Federal Government is out of control I don't know what will. Why the hell does the DOE get to to tell a State school what procedures to follow?
The case was looked at by the police and a prosecutor. I guarantee that if there was a indictable crime committed that the prosecutor would have filed charges. The fact that the prosecutor didn't tells us that either there were some really weak aspects to the victims charges or that she was unwilling to testify so that there would be no evidence to present at trial.
Regardless- this complaint asks for a ridiculous amount of non-related information- Provide a list of Lesbian, gay organisations and their telephone numbers and how information about such organisations is dessiminated to students? WTF? Do we really need a Federal Agency spending our tax dollars asking a State institution for this kind of information? It's great that Universities are spending their money on this kind of no value compliance crap instead of educating students or charging a lower, more reasonable tuition.

The issues aren't that complicated on this:
1) Field a football team that is fun to watch- I went to the Nebraska game last year and it is literally the worst football game I've ever seen in person. I enjoyed watching Ohio State beat Toledo when Fickel was coach more than this game. BTW, I hate OSU and I'm a Michigan MBA grad, I attend non-Michigan OSU games because I live 1 mile from OSU and my oldest son- God Bless Him is an OSU fan. He's clearly smarter than me if you measure the enjoyment of being either an OSU or Michigan Football fan for the 12 years that my son has been alive.
2) Don't make students wait to get in with the crappy general admission stuff- give better tickets based on years at Michigan, etc.
3) Provide internet and cell service that works in the stadium. Yes there are a lot of devices to be handled but this isn't something that is impossible- students hate being unconnected and it is an annoyance to everyone.

I think the hate for Craft is that he is overhyped in every way and in my opinion should be called for about 10 more fouls a game than he is. I don't hate him for his lack of an offensive game but I think it is annoying how seldom this hugely lacking part of his game is mentioned by announcers, though he is gritty and always gives 100%.
Laettner is hated because he played for Duke and a first round draft pick was wasted on him.
Personally, I really like Tebow particularly as he seems to have kept his integrity despite playing for Urban Meyer.
If by saying Rudy you mean the Rudy from Notre Dame, then the reason for hate is the lameness of the story when the real story of Kovacs is what that shoudl have been.
I think we are fine with the other guys.

I live in Columbus, OH so I get to hear and learn a lot about the Buckeyes and their players. When I mentioned to one of my salespeople how good Hyde looked this year, he said it was good to see because he didn't look great at all early in his career.
I thought both Green and Smith looked good when they had some reasonable chance of gaining yards. If we can put together at least an average line next year I think we will see nice production from both of them.
Personally I still think that Green has the higher potential.

The problem with dynamic pricing is that when the school fields a crappy team it is pretty aggravating to have paid 210 for a ticket to the Nebraska game. So, I'll be only buying aftermarket tickets going forward.
I booed Borges at that game then we were on the 35 before half and didn't try to do anything. I remember thinking- i guarantee he's going to wish he had an extra 25 seconds and an opportunity to score when he gets to the end of the game- And of course I was right (as i would have been in regard to most of our games this year).
So, dynamic pricing is a huge problem when you are fielding a pretty crappy team. I think ticket revenues will decline dramatically in 2014

One thing I don't see mentioned much is that Devin going to the wrong place (dropping too deep, moving left or right) often is causiing a sack or increased pressure. I've seen a lot of times where a blocker has a good block and then Gardner steps too far back or moves in a direction that doesn't let our blocker hold his block. I'm going to do a quick chart from this game to see how often this seems to occur but I think it is significant and i don't see it being addressed-
