It's one year. I've seen plenty of Ohio offers in 2017 and 2018. I just think this year the players they wanted were all-Buckeye(or Irish) and thus they decided to spend their time and resources elsewhere. The staff will get back into Ohio, as I think they know better than anyone how important Ohio recruiting is to the overall health of the program. At the same time you have to get the right guys. RR's infamous class of 2010 had a ton of guys from Ohio, but it's hard to argue they were the right ones. Recruiting Ohio just for the sake of it doesn't seem very smart to me.
I just don't think the right guys for Michigan are in the class of 2016, given the late start Harbaugh and the staff got. Let's give it a bit before we do the whole "Panic and run around screaming." thing.

It may just be a matter of needing to mend fences and speak to him after the season is over, WolvinLA2's devil's advocate position seems to be a pretty logical one on reflection, so it could just come down to the coaches having a talk with him after the season on an ion-home and explain their perspective. A similar thing happened with a couple of UCLA recruits last year and all turned out well in the end.

You'd figure they'd either fish or cut bait. Enis seems like a really good athlete and a great guy to get in the class, I'm hoping it's more along the lines of they feel really solid with Enis and so are keeping contact cursory, but I doubt it's like that.
Regardless here's hoping everyone does the right thing and either Enis gets confirmed in the class or told straight up he's better off finding another opportunity. Here's hoping for the former.

I highly doubt it was of the moment it happened. More likely a picture to show him being held. The clue is probably that the dad is able to even move of his own free will.
Even if I'm wrong I'm not holding one single choice they're making right now up to any criticism.

Thoughts and prayers with the Carr family. My heart aches for them.

Those guys have their thing and they enjoy doing it and as far as I can tell they're not hurting anyone. As long as all of those things stay true, then I say may they paint their faces for years and years to come, it makes football more fun.

Root for them to get a deserved hands on shoulders proctological ram administered by Clemson or Alabama? Absolutely!

Yeah, I just don't see it. MSU D-Line is good, Penn St. O-line is bad. Not a good look for their chances.

MSU ended their last big streak, too and I am sure Urban didn't forget that. This team just is on a lucky streak this year and will get its comeuppance the way Notre Dame did a few years ago, let's all make peace with it.

Couldn't agree more, until he just can't handle it I would love to see a place for him on Gameday.

The algernoning of Christian Hackenburg is quite possibly the most appropriate description of what's happening to him ever. Love it.

It's a well known nickname and I'm not sure it's one President Clinton minds all that much.

Seems like a straight one for one swap for Rajai, was Rajai really going to cost so much more that they had to swing a trade?

Agree with this take. I always found him entertaining and generally pretty down to earth, especially on the pro sports side. I've just learned to give the station a short listening leash when M-MSU football comes up but it's hard to say it wasn't earned.

I'm never going to be able to read about anything about Rutgers under Kyle Flood without the Highlander music popping up ion my head, now. Thank you for that.

Best of luck to him and I hope he recovers well and tears it up at Western.

Very true they recruit on an offer of admission and don't pay tuition. Point is still in hand that the recruited players are being offered a similar deal to afootball scholarship. Difference is if they're cut, hurt, or quit then they are still cadets and still have the same benefits of being a cadet, not quite the same as being a scholarship athlete.

As long as the guy feels he has a good option and can early enroll then good for him. Would love to see him end up at Michigan as he is a linebacker and would prefer a bird in hand, but who's to say he would be that anymore if he feels jerked around by the staff?
In any case, if it is trending away, happy trails and it's great that he has a lot of high level D1 options.

The song is overly schmaltzy, but I like Brad Paisley mainly because the dude is a really incredible guitar player. He's also pretty funny, I'm still a guy, Online, and a couple other songs have a great sense of humor that seems to be missing from music not made by Weird Al(or the YouTube parodists) anymore.

Wazzu loss is becoming a lot less bad, they had a bad start to the season but are getting much better and Luke Falk to Gabe Marks is becoming a west coast Cook to Burbridge.

He disagrees with the staffs assessment and is seeing his dream crumble before his eyes, of course he's pissed off, any one of us would be too and would be beyond salty. I definitely get where he is coming from.

Yeah after seeing what Jordan Howard did to the Michigan D I shudder to think what Fournette would do to it. The poor guy might actually die of exhaustion by the end of the game.

I don't think Indiana can slow down, just as Michigan under Hoke could not speed up without the offense getting out of rhythm and discombobulated(yes, yes I know it was like that all the time but it seemed worse when they tried to speed up). Same with Indiana slowing down to do game theory just may take your offense out of rhythm and it's better to score points and take the ball down the field than to not do that. If you're kind of a one trick pony(as I think Indiana is), you can't try to pull off a different trick.

Yeah that's the problem, Arkansas should be a fun counterpoint to the Alabama's and LSU's of the world but between Petrino and Bielema it's just impossible.

To me the team just looks tired. I have a feeling that there's some adjusting to the requirements of playing for Harbaugh going on and guys are starting to get tired and is has to be hard to keep dialing up playing with intensity and EUTM.
