You may not like the guy, but to say he is not dedicated to the university is ignornace.
I am not happy with the football team as much as anyone, but look at the success of Baseketball and other sports. Plus events like the soccer game at the stadium. The big new athletic campus being built.

Regestration for classes starts soon. Being a professor at the U, atheletes do get prefered registration, but its before the general ed kids. If he wants every class he wants, he will need to get in the mix soon.
Not to say the university can't work some magic, but for some classes, once they are full there is no way to fit anyone in. Even a top recruit.

Hoke may not wear the headset the whole game, but he does when he feels he needs to. Especially when the defense is on the field.
I believe from watching him during the early game especially, he did this to focus on teaching the players. He has faith in his coaches, and knew his time would be best watching and teaching play by play.
He doesn't just stand there, fold his arms, and cheer. He constantly teaching.
Sounds just right to me. NCAA is not done with OSU. This is only regarding the tats and Tressel cover up. It states there are no new allegations in that case, and nothing about them punishing themselves correctly. He still lied to the NCAA.
Having gone to CC, and been there through a few state championships, this kid is the prototype running back for coach Mack. CC only has one thing in mind, run right at you untill you give up with brute force.
