Funny because I just read the same thing today about Phil Parker. Norm was my Dad's college roommate at Eastern. They both played on what my Dad described as probably the works football team in the nation.
It was great to get the explanation of what happened during the commercial break. You can see it in the video above with the stadium chanting "Let's go Zak!" Klatt's emotion during his podcast was touching.
Its was a great Senior Day and I'm sad that Zak won't get to finish the season on the field but I'm sure he's pleased to know how they responded in his absence.
38-24 Good guys in a gripper until the 4th Quarter. Donovon's will catch the go ahead TD and the following kickoff will end any chance for a PSU comeback. Kobe!
I've been to Indiana, Rutgers and Iowa. Never been to OSU for a game (and probably won't)
If you go to Rutgers, go a day early and spend Friday in the City. Easy train ride there and back. Tailgating is pretty much non existent but we had a good time going around the local bars pre-game.
Indiana's campus is beautiful and has a good tgate atmosphere. We had a good time pre-gaming until my brother punted an errant IU fan's football across the parking lot. Long story, but my brother was kind of drunk and trying to be funny. Mom and Dad of the kids didn't think it was and it nearly came to blows. My brother's an ass, but it was kind of funny.
Iowa tailgate, bars, fans and Kinnick were all great. The only down side when I went was the 2016 game when we lost on a last second field goal.
All good choices but we're thinking of going back to Iowa this year.
Thanks for putting this together! Very cool and makes you really appreciate Cade. Also Blake was a beast before he got hurt. Hopefully he's good to go.
We stayed in East Brunswick at the Hilton. It’s a few miles from campus, nice hotel and a reasonable rate ($100/night). If we ever go back, we’ll stay in New Brunswick.
Went into the City on Friday and did a SoHo Pub crawl…lots of fun.
On game day we went to New Brunswick and started at Stuff Yer Face (featured on Big10 Eats a few years back) and had a Stromboli and a few beers. Moved on to Kelly’s Korner Bar, then to the Olive Branch where we had the most fun. The fans were mostly great. Lots of UM faithful, made some new friends and invited many to our tailgates for the future.
The stadium experience was ok, we bought tickets last week for the upper deck but never made it to our actual seats. There were so many empty seats that we found lower level on the M side on the 45 about 15 rows up. The areas surrounding the stadium are spacious and scenic but you have to park at least a mile away and take a shuttle in from the Rutgers Athletic Center. Not sure why they don’t get folks closer to the stadium for tailgating as it would really enhance the experience. Overall glad we went and marked this one off the list but can’t highly recommend unless you want to visit all BIG stadiums.
My first was a joy ride in my dad's 79 Dodge Aspen station wagon when I was 15. It had been parked for a few months and my parents were gone for the weekend.
It had a 5 speed and somehow I didn't stall it or grind the gears. I remember a nosy neighbor eyeballing me and I thought I was busted. She never told, but I was scared enough to only go around the block instead of going to a buddy's.
33 seconds into the first video. Denard suffering after a high five makes me wonder if he sees the field next week. Saying that, I'm glad Devin has been more than capable in his absence.

Awesome work. Can you send a copy to [email protected]?
Thanks!
I've worn my Ronnie Bell kneel shirt for all games since Penn State. I'm not really superstitous but I am a little stitious.

Agreed...this is what happens when there is no competition for viewers.
I registered this site last week.

Not sure what I'll do with it but I was surprised it wasn't already taken.
I think Sherrone was communicating through the TV to Harbaugh. It would have been cool to watch JH's reactions thru the 2nd half.
Bet!
I just registered this site.
Kind of surprised it wasn't taken.
Not sure what to do with it.
Any ideas?

My old boss went to high school with Rob Lytle.
Also, a friend of mine (that went to OSU) mentored Chase Winovich's sister when she was a resident in med school.

Thank you Blake!!!
You have been an incredible asset to this team. Please heal up!
Remember when that happened to Denard?

I kissed my very confused dog after the All TD. I may have thrown him up in the air a few times too.

Ah the good old days...
North endzone 80 rows up on the aisle.
I love being on the aisle. I would move to the same seats in the South endzone to be closer to parking, but that's my only complaint.
I’m planning on a Thursday PM to Sunday trip (travelling from DTW to NYC or Newark).
Thinking about Thursday night, Friday in NYC, then bussing or train to New Brunswick for Saturday night stay in AirBnb or hotel.
I’m curious to know about ticket purchase timing, secondary vs. primary market etc. (M tix are available from Rutgers Athletics site right now).
Then woke everyone up. I'm going to get crazy and make some subs.

I’ll be there with Family and Friends. My Dad’s getting up there and we’re trying to make it an easy outing for him.
Are there bars close to the stadium where we can pre-game eat and drink? Or should we simply post up in the parking lot for tailgating?
Thanks for any help and Go Blue!

It would be really nice to see Denard crack off a 45 yarder for a touch tomorrow.
Hope it happens...
