of that experience is my son. He will be a freshman in the fall. What a great time to attend UM (ironically, I was there when Harbaugh was the QB). Needless to say, he's stoked... and his cousins who recently graduated are jealous.

for everyone else, monkeys and lemurs have tails. Apes (gibbons, chimps, orangs and gorillas) do not have tails. Also, gibbons are some bad MF's when it comes to making time in the tree tops - not so much on the ground.
|2 weeks 6 days ago||Everett actually won||
The state championship, not Eastern. You remember Jay Vincent though - great games back then. I went to the Eastern/Everett game at Jenison Fieldhouse (despite going to Sexton a few years later).
|10 weeks 1 day ago||I think he was referring more to||
assessing the starting point of where the team currently stands. He is hoping that we aren't starting from scratch (base of the mountain) in terms of coaching them up, talent level, etc. Hopefully they/we are already halfway up.
There's no debate as to where on the mountain Harbaugh and the team will set their sights... the Mountaintop of course!
|12 weeks 4 days ago||Congratulations!||
My son will be starting there in the fall as well.
|13 weeks 2 days ago||Wait a second, you can't mention Joe Namath||
than go on to say the Jets never drafted a drunk (unless he was acquired via a trade.) He may have been a highly functioning drunk, but a drunk nonetheless. I'm sure meds for the painful knees didn't help along the way, but...
Regardless, your point about the idiocy of the Browns drafting Manziel remains spot on. Who knows, maybe this will turn him around, and I hope it does, but I would also be surprised.

and while I disagree, I bet plenty of media types would pick our friend up the road in EL. That would be wrong mind you, but I am referring to EPSN, etc. rather than reality.
|15 weeks 22 hours ago||If it helps any, just remember that Jr. had a horrible||
sophomore year before picking it back up his junior year, then successfully turning pro.
|15 weeks 2 days ago||FWIW, one Jim Harbaugh was known||
as being pretty cocky back in his playing days. I say that as someone who attended UM back when JH was our QB. I have no idea which way Clark falls on the issue but if someone is willing to work their ass off to back up their mouth, well, it's not my style but I'm ok with it. Now if they suck and/or don't work hard, they need to learn to shut up.
I expect upper classmen on the team can manage to humble a freshman just fine if it's warranted.
|16 weeks 1 day ago||Insane A2 traffic? LOL||
As someone who moved back to MI (A2) following almost 15 years in SoCal, let me suggest you may want to get out and see the country a bit. DC, Atlanta, NY, Chicago, Seattle, pretty much any metro area laughs at Ann Arbor traffic.
As for the OP, I would suggest Chelsea, Dexter, a Saline, Plymouth, etc as better options than S. Lyon. GR Has some good things going for it but it tends to be tougher for new folks to fit in unless you have an existing connection. My only knock on A2 is the lack of ocean and/or mountains. Oh well... Oh, it helps if you you get along with the Birkenstock crowd. Kinda surprised nobody mentioned Traverse City...

And while I support the sentiment, I suggest holding off for another day or two. Not that I'm superstitious or anything.

hockey games are great places to find customers if you're a dentist. (from among the players anyhow)

by the Herd after spewing BS, maybe?
|21 weeks 5 days ago||Former UCLA season ticket holder here||
(before moving back to A2) and I second your thoughts. As a top state school essentially on the level of UM, Mora should meet the administration's off the field objectives as well, without the possible concern someone from the SEC might bring (deserved or not.)
|21 weeks 6 days ago||Both Brandon and Hoke||
look like pre-ordained hires that simply needed an outside firm to provide some level of legitimacy to for the ones pulling the trigger (MSC and Brandon, respectively.)
|22 weeks 5 days ago||Go Sexton!!||
Time to win their first football championship since the playoff system started back in '75.
|24 weeks 11 hours ago||Not Kentucky...||
|25 weeks 2 days ago||+1 Stephan Humphries||
blocked for Jimmy back in the day and managed to leave with an engineering degree. That doesn't mean Harbaugh wasn't steered toward a particular curriculum, just that it was (and still is) possible to get a real education while playing high level collegiate football... if you're very smart, work your ass off and don't need a social life.

but he did cheat and lie. F'm both (Dantonio and Tressel)

Georgia suspends players for things other schools sweep under the rug... or try to (see Florida)
This is provided as an explanation, not an assertion of fact - although I do find it very believable.
|26 weeks 1 day ago||Well, he did grow up in||
East Lansing, fwiw, and does have strong Spartan connections as you say. One thing I haven't seen mentioned while quickly skimming, is the time he spent working in Oregon's athletic dept.
Separate from AD qualifications I can say he is a good guy (personal experience) - very much so in comparison to DB.

|29 weeks 6 hours ago||Imagine harder (Rutgers AD anyone?)||
I don't understand how some people rise to the level they do.
|29 weeks 3 days ago||Plus the yellow shoes gotta go||
I kept thinking there were flags thrown when there wasn't. Overall, I didn't care for the uniforms much at all and don't believe we should aspire to become Oregon, etc.. Of course I was born in the last century as well.
|30 weeks 2 days ago||This followed a timeout?||
It's bad enough to screw this up in the normal (hectic) flow of a game but to send ten players onto the field following a timeout is truly unfathomable. Incredible. Mind blowing. Or, more accurately a(nother) poster child for incompetent coaching.

trail he isn't very good at it. Speculation around PED's may be another matter, but I would guess there's a bit of that going on everywhere. The degree is another matter...

how accurately centered the text is. It almost makes a person think that adding one letter might just throw everything off... So, you know, it wouldn't appear accurate anymore.
