How do I find this golden monkey you speak of?
|14 weeks 3 days ago||Because of the demographics I||
Because of the demographics I can see that as being a credible arguement. But if there was even the inkling of those acts being possible, he should have anonymously reported it. (Of course that is if he ever heard it) There simply isn't any room for allowing that to happen if you have prior knowledge.

Women are keeping their names in marriage in honor of their heritage. Therefore, the children moving forward carry on the legacy of both families.
|23 weeks 4 days ago||Indeed||
Anyone that stands by and does nothing is exactly that! A coward!
|23 weeks 4 days ago||Death Sentence||
I again feel like the kids on today's team don't deserve that. But I feel like criminal charges should be brought against anyone that knew of this. This has to be criminal negligence or willful endangerment or something like that! This is rididculous!

It is a dangerous place. But, mostly to those who don't pay attention to their surroundings. All of the "facts" that you've presented in lower posts ate meaningless. Chicago in some areas are much worse than Detroit! This is a Big city problem. If you don't understand that, you probably never will. Continue to pass judgement from your ivory tower!

All of the negative reactions are coming out of fear. Michigan was the dormant giant that no one remembered. Then all of the sudden, this team with good coaching started competing. Once Coach brings in elite talent, this will be a well oiled machine (hopefully) similar to Alabama, at least talent wise.
|34 weeks 1 day ago||After redshirting my first year in college. I||
After redshirting my first year in college. I didn't make the travel team in our first game my second year in campus. I strongly considered quitting football that weak. School was hard enough without practice and meetings. Plus my ego was hurt after being the man on my high school team.
After the '96 Circle City Classic, the coaches felt that the team needed a shake up. I was now traveling. We headed down to Sam Houston State the next week. On Flushbowl, (kickoff) my first collegiate play, our kicker shanked the kickoff to an up back. (earlier in the game, the kicker hurt his knee on a field goal attempt with no contact, he just was trying to play through the pain) The pressure from the left side of the kickoff team pushed the up back, who clearly wasn't used to carrying the ball, my way. For some inexplicable reason he ran to his left without looking at what was coming. I ear holed him. (just the term, not literally) I hit him so hard I didn't even have the opportunity to wrap him up, he went down hard. The whole stadium ooh'd and ahh'd.
Throughout that game I had several more moments on flush bowl that seemed to at least inspire my coaches. At half time our linebackers coach was giving us the hype speech to get us ready to go back on the field, and mentioned my name to the team as inspiration to the level of effort everyone should be giving. It was that day, I went from being an obscure redshirt freshman not good enough to travel, to a contributor!

At the beginning of the season what did you guess the team's record would be? If you said Better than 9-3 you're either a super homer or a liar. We'll be fine, give it sine time.
|47 weeks 4 days ago||Exactly||
We gained a ton of yards on ST, so our offense didn't have the opportunity to gain as many yards. We didn't play the best game offensively, but we had a lot of short fields that game.

This guy is going to do the financial side of things. I'm not angry with her wanting someone she trusts to run finances. GM will be from the outside! Raback it!

Peppers stays here three more years. I'd bet that he would declare early after next season. And I'd bet a paycheck if he were to even be invited to NY for the Heisman voting! Next season is likely to be the last one we see of Peppers in the Maize and Blue.
I'm just glad he plays defensive back instead of wide receiver, that almost excludes him from becoming a Lion. I wouldn't want to wish that on an enemy of mine!
