I am convinced that the way this team is playing falls on the coaching. There are teams in this league that are playing freshman on their o-line that do not have this many problems. I understand loyalty and can sympathize with coach hoke, but changes need to be made. I am in the fence about Borges but I think it is time for funk to go. There is no way the line should be this bad. We have the talent, we just need to coach these kids up. I use the 49ers as a reference. They were alright and when Harbaugh took over they took the next step. The only different variable was the coaching.

If Artavis is allowed to get away with not lifting or knowing his grades he will be lost when he gets to Clemson. I think has the potential to be a great player, but that is not the mentality of a Michigan man.
I also like the idea of Jabrill, JuJu, Dymonte, and Countess in the secondary. That would be scary.

There is no denying the fact that Michigan’s play against Akron was sub-par, but some people are acting like it is the end of the world. Everyone was so high on this team after the win VS ND and seems to be jumping ship after this week. Sometimes teams play bad games. It happens. Was I happy? No, but I am not bashing the players or coaches. I am going to wait and see how they handle this adversity. I do not think we should judge this team from one bad game.
