We were doing our little layup drill warmups, then looked down the court and watched their layup drills, which were a series of alley oop slams. We were beaten before the tipoff and lost by more than 50... I never fully realized the disparity of basketball talent until that night.

22 weeks 6 days ago	I've adopted OSU as my team out here	and Riley is phenomenal. Corvallis is a tough place to recruit to. It's very isolated and doesn't have the glitz of U of O or the sugar daddy. He gets one, two and three star talent and churns out pro football players and solid teams just about every year. He'd be a nice add to the B14G
23 weeks 3 days ago	2012 stats	Looking at http://www.nfl.com/teams/statistics?team=det, the Lions have outgained their opponents over the year by about 900 yards, and they have 50 more first downs over the year. They have been outscored by 19 points this year overall, and have a -6 turnover ratio. Unfortunately, these stats do not include complete dumbass plays (CDPs). I'm sure the Lions are at a +50 for that this year....

One of two students who had my cell phone texted me to laugh in my face, and I thought it was a friend. Yeah, I'll never forget Jim Joyce, for it reminds me how we can all look like complete idiots with one wrong tap of the keys....
