So, I'm sure he'll have a little chat with Jim in the spring. Floodgates are now open.
|1 week 14 hours ago||This year's philosophy||
Just seems to be, "Let's outshoot everyone. Rebounding and defense and everything else be damned." With that, when it's good, it's really good. When you can't, you get the last two games.
For those wanting Beilein on the hot seat, he hasn't gotten there yet. Manuel will sit down with him at the end of the season and figure out what needs to be done to make us more competitive next year. If things continue like this, then we'll see. But Warde will make every effort to make sure Coach B has the right people in place, no matter what that means.

|1 week 3 days ago||This will involve||
Jim sleeping in his car next to the football field for a week and climbing one of the goal posts.

they gave the hardest names to Ric Flair and Jim Leyland, two 70 year old men. I agree they need to prep the presenters next time with the names. But it was all good fun. Lou had a zinger every time he spoke.

We got more votes than them in the AP poll. So, yay us.

Quinn's pretty much gets to build this team from scratch.

Who is a known rapper references Ric Flair any chance he gets. Plus, if you're an 18-year-old kid, you might actually watch wrestling. So this is a good pickup.

You could go with James Glenn. That way, he'd be Jim Bo.

That UM beating two undefeateds in back-to-back games would beat out Stanford beating Utah or USC for the Pac 12 title.

He was Name of the Year back in 2001.

My beer obsession knows no borders.

Jim's going to have these pressers down to five minutes or less by the end of the year. Ask him a long question and he'll zone out. He can't be bothered by rambling questions.

Don't pin this on me. I want nothing to do with it.

And give the Pistons a gift.

And the Pistons are going to reap the benefits. My money's on the Knicks or Kings.

If you weel.
|36 weeks 10 min ago||This is just another Harbaugh first||
Once again, Jim has beaten other coaches to the punch. First with the camps and then with the disrobing of the shirt. Saban wouldn't have done that and run around with the kids. Urban wouldn't have either. Dantonio - just no. Now if they do it down the road, they're just copying Harbaugh. It's another gauntlet thrown down.
Jim's like a teenager in a 51-year-old's body. That's why he can connect with them on a different level that other coaches can't or won't. He just does what he feels like doing.

Take $8M/year to head to AA, not have to deal with big egos, run your program as you see fit with complete autonomy and have 100 kids hang on your every word every day...
Or take $10-12M/year to deal with the same stuff that's driving you toward getting out of the NFL and going to Michigan in the first place? Tough choice.
|1 year 9 weeks ago||I had a thought yesterday||
That OSU is partially why Gary Andersen left. Getting blown out in the BIG title game, then losing your Heisman-finalist RB to the draft, I'll bet he figured it wouldn't get any better, so he left. I know, he went to go compete with Oregon, but it would be a fresh start.
|1 year 12 weeks ago||Get some Expedition Stout||
If you like stouts or pick up some Carhartt Woodsman, which is a barreled APA from New Holland. Both are fantastic.
|1 year 15 weeks ago||I agree||
He just beat the #3 team in the country. As long as he can win games like that once in a while, and beat Alabama once in a while, he's secure until he finally hangs it up.
Also, did you hear his postgame on the field interview? His eyes were intense, and by God if he didn't sound like Bo in his intonation and speech. That was a man who was channeling his mentor.
My opinion is that the only way either Harbaugh or Les comes here is if they feel that it's their civic duty to get Michigan out of this disaster. Otherwise, we'll have to pull an outsider, no matter where he comes from. I just hope we're a little more accepting this time than we were with Rich.
|1 year 18 weeks ago||I don't know what that even means||
Does not compute
|1 year 19 weeks ago||This is also DD's doing||
Thinking that no defense and no bullpen will win a championship.
The Tigers are basically three starting pitchers and the first five guys in the lineup. After that, what else is there?
|1 year 19 weeks ago||That's fine||
If Brandon is still here after all of this, because it'll pass, we'll see what happens when the season tickets aren't bought, the seats aren't filled and the donation money isn't what they quite expected. Only a matter of time. Might not be today, might not be tomorrow. But don't you worry, we'll be here a lot longer than DB will.

Billy Flynn rolled into one. He just keeps dancing, hoping to fool everyone while spewing whatever comes out of his mouth, hoping someone will believe him.
Brady's becoming a tragic character. Sad to see, but it is his fault.
