1 week 18 hours ago This timed out nicely

to form a couplet with the Tuesday Troll on EDSBS.  Amazing even in this interwebs day and age the extent to which some people are willing to log in and comment that they missed the point.

7 weeks 5 days ago He definitely does.

However, that leave something of a void at X.  I feel like the next best R is way better than the next best X.  Draft logic, if you will.

7 weeks 5 days ago Yes,

I'm trying to purposefully limit.  I like the idea of adding informative blurbs.  This way the book they enjoy while learning letters at 2 can be the book they enjoy learning to read words at age 4.

Thanks.

7 weeks 5 days ago I enjoyed your work.

I'll be sharing it with the kids today.

7 weeks 5 days ago Thanks

The links are especially helpful.

7 weeks 5 days ago Love the idea

That may be where this goes once I get the basics in place.  And after having read many a tortured rhyme scheme, I think I might be able to do at least as well as some published "authors."  Especially if I plagiarize from you (just kidding, I'd link to it /notplagiarism).

7 weeks 5 days ago Got it.

Thanks.

14 weeks 4 days ago Not super familiar with some of the guidelines of Crossfit.

What sort of timeframe is this in?  This seems like a really high number of reps to be hititng consecutively in an explosive exercise.  Are these from the floor or the hang?

15 weeks 20 hours ago Over/Under possibilities

Byrd 3pt. attempts - 9 1/2

Byrd made 3s - 3 1/2

15 weeks 3 days ago Beautiful area,

Fauquier County.  Lovely horse farms, rolling hills, a few palatial estates - and one of the best  geographical names this side of Djibouti.

16 weeks 2 days ago Keep up the

TWIT please.

16 weeks 3 days ago Older by the day perspective:

I miss a lot of the jokes; if I have a moment, I hit up the googles or click through a link to see to what the allusion is.  Allusion probably my favorite literary device; done well, enhanced meaning per word skyrockets.

I'm getting older, though.  Not older as in "I used to be a freshman but now I'm a junior", older as in "there's a new funny movie coming out about a kid turning 21 that there is no way in hell I'm going to see because my wife won't want to watch it with me and I don't have even close to enough discretionary alone time to miss watching important sports for a college kid movie".  So there will be a lot of jokes in that movie that are funny, and there will be allusions to them, probably even on the front page, and I will miss the allusions.  Such is life.

Long story somewhat shorter, I'm OK with missing a few inside jokes.  I won't be missing any front page content because of it.

17 weeks 4 days ago Definitely get it repaired.

And do the best job rehabbing that you humanly can.  I got one repaired in high school and the other one repaired in college in '02.  I did a much better job rehabbing the second, and I can still tell the difference with ease today.

31 weeks 4 days ago Well written

This encapsulates all that keeps us coming back.  I accidentally scared my young children who were adorably reading on the couch when Roundtree did what he did.  They recovered sufficiently to help me sing a few minutes later.

34 weeks 18 hours ago What is an andric score?

I looked it up and came up empty.  I'd hate to go through the rest of my life with the feeling that I'm missing something.

37 weeks 4 days ago Today I finally

get to host some casual football fans for some football and not reveal the depths of my insanity/commitment to the cause.

Cheers!

41 weeks 2 days ago Slightly disagree

I earned pity and an evening of awkwardness as I used "not like this" to attempt to explain my feelings about the "McGloin for Heisman" Penn State game two years ago.  I think I used it better.  I wasn't at the game, and so my experience was vastly different from yours, but as I saw it, it didn't really matter how many times we ran Vincent Smith - Alabama was that much better.  A different/better scheme may or may not have netted some more points on offense, keeping the contest closer for longer.  The lack of depth and overwhelming talent on the Michigan defense meant that when Alabama wanted to score, Alabama was going to score.

43 weeks 1 day ago Oooh, scheduling idea!

They should do a home and home to see whether they could possibly turn that equality into a decdided inequality!

/yeh, past results are not a guarantee of future success, etc.

45 weeks 2 days ago OP, if you're still collecting

regional sites, I'll throw in Oneonta/Cooperstown region of upstate NY; I'd be happy to head.

45 weeks 3 days ago Yep.

About two weeks ago, in upstate NY.

50 weeks 3 days ago True story

My wife is from upstate NY, near Cooperstown, where we now live.  Early in our relationship it became clear to me that there is very little college football knowledge in this neck of the woods, as she had to be constantly reminded about the difference between certain public institutions and other public institutions with very similar names.  She is not alone in this.  I have had family members (by marriage) and students ask "which one do you like again, Michigan or Michigan State?" multiple times.  They don't get that there's kind of a difference, but it's not entirely their fault; there isn't much going on by way of college football in these parts now that Syracuse is consistently terrible.

All of which is a complicated way of saying my wife has referred to the Buckeyes as "Ohio" consistently for about 9 years.  I tried to correct her for a while, and almost succeeded just in time to say, 'never mind, sweetie, apparently your way is better'.

Thanks, Coach.

1 year 6 days ago yes

especially if it's a carrot and not a senior number switcharoo.

1 year 6 days ago Off-topic, but I'm grading English exams.

Thanks for correctly using a gerund.  My faith in the American education system has been restored by one unit.

1 year 4 weeks ago No, but . . .

they're going to do so much owning that apostrophes will be considered always appropriate.  In fact, on the back of Kyle's jersey it will say Kaylis'''''''''.

1 year 4 weeks ago I'm saying its rock-solid guarantee.

Not sure if you knew, but Dorsey backwards is "yes rod".  So, yeah.

1 year 7 weeks ago The hair pull

shouldn't be too painful.  The hair isn't pulled out by the roots, but rather severs part way up the hair.  In this case it should feel about the same as getting a haircut, right?

1 year 8 weeks ago If I'm not mistaken,

Aaron Craft actually went to Liberty-Benton, even though announcers say he's from Findlay.

1 year 8 weeks ago How about this?

I'm not an ump; however my reactions were a) I don't think he went, and b) it was close enough that I don't think that's a call the home plate ump should be making.

1 year 8 weeks ago Yeah, Findlay!

Now no longer famous just for Ben Roethlisberger and Domino's little bits of parmesan crusted dippable breadsticks!

1 year 9 weeks ago Your logic and sentiment are both

strong; I really really really hope that you are correct.  It would be like watching video games.
