Request a copy of her medical records from both the cardiologist and ER, then bring them to a lawyer for a consult. HIPAA guarantees your mom (or you, if she designates you) the right to a copy of the records.
I want to point out that anyone having chest pain should NOT drive themselves to the hospital. Call 911. You get to the hospital faster, you get to the correct hospital (not all hospitals have interventional cardiac cath labs, which is what you need for this), the EMTs and paramedics can begin diagnosis and treatment as soon as they pick you up, and you don't risk having a heart attack on the way and crashing your car.
That said, I'm glad you're okay! Make sure to get yourself a cardiologist (if you don't have one) and see them regularly.

It is impossible to "alkalinize" your body by drinking water with baking soda or alkaline minerals or whatever. Your body constantly corrects its own pH because you can only live if your blood is between pH ~7.35 and ~7.45. So even if you did succeed somehow in alkalinizing yourself, you would be dead.
Give this resident some points. I work as a researcher at JHU School of Medicine - the faculty are fantastic and it's a great place to work. I can't say I like Baltimore, because I really don't, but it is an excellent place to train and learn.

Given that you have a small child and it's nighttime though, I would avoid LC's and Gates, as they are in the more questionable part of the city. It also depends on what kind of BBQ you want. OK Joe's has great pulled pork and ribs; LC's has the best burnt ends and fries in town; Woodyard has awesome smoked chicken; Arthur Bryant has pretty much amazing everything; Gates has great burnt ends and fries as well. If you want a BBQ overdose, I would do OK Joe's tonight and LC's tomorrow for lunch. You won't regret it.
This is true - Bursley probably has the best food of any dining hall. I lived in Baits, so that was the only time I had to go to Bursley (fortunately - I really didn't like that place otherwise).
Anybody saying that NC has no girls is clearly an engineer, not a musician. I'm pretty sure the School of Music has more women than men.
I love North Campus and lived there for four years (Highlands!). I miss walking around by the Huron River behind Baits I and playing Mafia on Friday nights in Baits II. I don't know about the engineering and art schools, but the SoM is a really tight-knit community. Plus, there's some great food if you can find it (Broadway Cafe, anyone?).

Being aggressive is going to lead to more big plays for the opposition than big plays for the defense, whereas our current mode of defense is attempting to force an opposing offense to run so many plays that they will eventually make a mistake by the law of averages. Which, yeah, sometimes leads to 98 plays and 35 points. The alternative is what we did to Indiana - 45 plays, 574 yards, 42 points, and a loss.
Time of possession doesn't work like that. If we'd had the ball for 26:00 instead of ~18:00, there simply would have been fewer points on each side - the margin of victory would not have changed unless we could have come up with extra stops. The best outcome that can happen on offense is to score every time you touch the ball, regardless of how many or few plays it takes.
Did you see Gardner's deep ball that was dropped? It was a thing of beauty, and an exceptional throw for anybody - especially a freshman. He looks a little tentative on his feet, but I was very impressed by his TD run at the end of the game. Hurdling that last defender was pretty sweet.
2-pt conversions overall have a success rate of ~45%, so less than half that of XPs (at least 95%, I think). However, Lane Kiffin seems to believe otherwise.
You HAVE to give the kicker a second chance. That's the only way to know if he can buckle down, get past the first miss, and nail the FG. The second try tells the coach more than the first, I think.
Now, if he had gone to Gibbons a third time at the end of the game I would agree with you. I think the second kick really told RR what he needed to know: Gibbons is a freshman and needs development time.
This raises an interesting question: is it a problem if the correct read results in DR running the ball 25-35 times a game? Presumably defenses will adjust and give him different reads eventually, but is there a point where he should hand off to save himself from 35 carries?
If Michigan is #25, then the Gators should be unranked. Playing like 2008 Michigan for three quarters against a team that won one game last year doesn't justify a ranking, regardless of where they started.
Michigan has a significantly better top win, and their losses are not nearly as bad as Cal's. I don't know if Michigan should be ranked, but Cal definitely should not be. Then again, it does look like we have the best resume of the remaining teams, so...#25 Michigan? Maybe the bottom of the poll is just bad this year.
I firmly believe that RR could have developed Pryor into a competent spread option quarterback. Pryor's in the wrong offense - although apparently he did say that he went to OSU because he wanted to develop into an NFL pocket passer. Next year we'll really know, since junior year is "the leap" a lot of the time for QBs.
This is a great point. I wish we didn't need all these goal-line stands, but so far we're tightening up when we need to on D, and preventing TDs in favor of field goals.
Nameless uniforms are usually a tradition for a big school or pro team, where the idea is "we don't need the names because everybody knows (or should know) who our players are anyway." EMU doing it is pretty weird.
I'm not sure you've taken into account the dire personnel state of this defense. We have at least two walk-ons, a LB who is a converted safety (and is admittedly doing well), and far too many redshirt-freshman DBs. Also an MLB whom I really, really want to see do well, but manages to be five yards down the field every time. We really just don't have the horses to be a dominant defense right now, and scheming is not going to change that.
As other commenters have said, Robinson appears to be using a "bend, don't break" philosophy. Normally I dislike this idea, but with this defense, it's basically the only option. The alternative is attacking all the time and giving up huge plays when the aggression doesn't pan out.
That's only legitimate for a preseason poll. Ranking on perceived strength when games have already been played is just ridiculous, and ignores a good portion of what's happening on the field.

I loved Baits. It's quiet and there are non-communal bathrooms. No dining hall but Bursley is just a few minutes walk away.

Michigan hired RR, spent some time in practice, came out firing in the shotgun, and put up 41 points and Henne's career-high in yardage. It can work.
