Michigan will be sticking…

Michigan will be sticking with their current QB room unless something absolutely major changes.

Michigan would finally start…

Michigan should finally start getting some good news on the player front this week!

Me?

Me?

You will be.

You will be.

It’s been reported they’ve…

It’s been reported they’ve got 2 guys who will be grad transfers. One is a legit player that would start for Michigan next year easily.

Dusty agrees with the…

Dusty agrees with the Michigan model of pay the players, but don’t pay the players to come. Come because you want to be part of a team that will work hard to win championships. Come because you want to have a degree from the greatest university in the world. Come to work hard and be part of something great. And in the meantime, once you’re here, Michigan will get you some killer NIL deals that are very worthwhile. It’s the same model that Jim used and obviously to great success.

Michigan will make the NIT…

Michigan will make the NIT next season and then the tournament the year after. Write it down. Dusty will be hustling from day one. He’ll bring in some solid recruits/transfers very quickly.

Middle of a cornfield,…

Middle of a cornfield, Indiana. I had a teacher from there that did a bit about people from Greene County. They would ask students what they wanted to do when they graduated. They would all say, “farming that’s all we know.”

It’s crazy that a guy from…

It’s crazy that a guy from Greene county will now be the head coach at the University of Michigan. That’s something kids only dream about around here. Not a lot going on for people from Greene county. Pretty cool.

I talked to Dusty the other…

I talked to Dusty the other day and got the feeling that he was headed here. Louisville guys were acting like they had him wrapped up, but it definitely seemed like he was headed this way. Excited for him and Michigan.

Don’t be surprised if one of…

Don’t be surprised if one of those guys is hired by early-middle of next week.

Michigan definitely reached…

Michigan definitely reached out to Cronin. They also reached out to Dusty May. I’d love for it to be Dusty at this point, mostly because I met him after last years tournament and he’s a good dude. Dusty definitely loves IU and if he had a chance he’d want to coach there. I think he’d go to Michigan and stick around if Michigan made him a good offer though. He loves Big Ten basketball in general.

Sounds like they’ve reached…

Sounds like they’ve reached out to Cronin to gauge his interest.

Will not happen.

Will not happen.

Marshall likes Alford. Just…

Marshall likes Alford. Just thought Michigan was a better fit because of overall scheme.

I manage an account for Evan…

I manage an account for Evan Pryor's uncle and I joked with him that he should call Evan up and convince him to transfer to Michigan. I truly believe Evan was headed to the NFL if he hadn’t gotten two brutal injuries back to back. Alford is really close to the Pryor family. I think Michigan is set at RB so it wouldn’t happen, but it would be funny because I have tried for years to convince them to get Evan up to Michigan.

Do this for me. Check my…

Do this for me. Check my posting history. I don’t care who or what his source is. I talk to Hart frequently. I visited him in the hospital in Bloomington. I’d like to say I have shared things that were all correct for years now, only because I wanted to correct some of the wrong stuff being shared.

I told everyone a longgggg time ago Harbaugh was working a deal with the Chargers. The Chargers reached out to Harbaugh before they fired their head coach. This is all fact and all things I shared here on the board. I also told people the few years before that it was business as usual with Harbaugh and he wasn’t going anywhere.

The point is you can question me all you want. I have never claimed to be an insider nor want to be considered one. But I have previously shared I have a relationship with Hart. This poster does not communicate in any way with Hart, nor do any of these supposed insiders.

The insane part is many of them make shit up that’s close to possible and then just say well it’s a fluctuating situation or situations can change. They then claim this info to come from someone close to the program and most of it is based on rumors and conjecture. Some of it is just straight made up stories that build off of some potentially true info. It’s crazy.

DeBoer offered him an…

DeBoer offered him an analyst position at Bama to ease some of his workload and Hart will consider it. Might also take some time off from coaching completely. If he takes time off he’ll stick around Ann Arbor and be a mentor for some of the guys he’s recruited. I could say more, but I shouldn’t.

Moore and Hart have no…

Moore and Hart have no friction. They’re good friends and will continue to be. Get along very well. Moore respects Harts visions for the run game and believes he’s a big reason why the offense was so successful with their running game between Moore’s lineman and vision and Harts as well.

Wrong.

Wrong.

Hart never interviewed for…

Hart never interviewed for the Indiana job, nor was he planning to.

Here’s the problem with …

Here’s the problem with “sources” you make stuff up that is close to being believable and now lots of people believe you. This board has learned nothing about insiders, even after all the wrong stuff they’ve put out.

See the posts after this one…

See the posts after this one now speculating, falsely, about something that didn’t happen, because of you? I don’t care if you think I should “chill” or if your source is Jim Harbaugh himself. You’re wrong, you don’t know the situation. None of you do. And apparently you can’t think logically either. Hart is going through a personal issue, Moore wanted him back, gave him time to see if he wanted to be back. Hart decided to not return. The reports about Moore not offering him a spot are bs, why would Moore wait this long to announce a RB coach if he knew Hart wouldn’t return? They just announced a ton of staff members. You don’t think Moore would have hired someone by now? Knowing Hart hasn’t had a contract for months? Moore wanted him back and gave him time to consider. Think logically about this, why would they have waited to hire a RB coach or promote someone? Or just now start looking? Hart won’t be back, but it has nothing to do with him being pissed about being passed over and speculating that when you don’t know the real reason is complete bullshit. Thanks to baseless rumors and false sources now people are speculating on this thread that he’s essentially butt hurt and shouldn’t be because he should “know his place.” All thanks to you making shit up. Again, you don’t know the gravity of the situation or anything about what Hart is going through.

Also, why would Hart be potentially sticking around to mentor guys if he was so “pissed about being passed over?” This is bigger than football. Don’t spread stuff you can’t back up.

Donovan isn’t going anywhere…

Donovan isn’t going anywhere. Marshall was extremely close to Hart, but Hart has told him to stick around and Michigan is the right fit for him. There’s a chance Hart is still around the program and guys like Marshall potentially. He has a few options currently, but time will tell. Don’t wanna share anymore than that. But potentially he’ll be around to still be a mentor to some of these guys.

Tell whoever your “source”…

Tell whoever your “source” is they can shut the hell up. You and whoever your “source” is don’t know shit. All these fake ass insiders that know everything. Don’t spread stuff that’s not true. Especially about a guy like Hart, who is a legend at Michigan and a really stand up guy. Don’t need fake shit being spread so cut it out

Oh no Josh might tell the…

Oh no Josh might tell the NCAA all the stuff……..…………that Dudek already told them. Heck they might even suspend the coach for 3 games………..well shoot. Maybe not the brightest idea for Josh because coaching circles hate this kind of thing. But who ever said Josh was bright?

There’s about a 70% chance…

There’s about a 70% chance Corum makes it out of the 3rd round. He’s more likely a 4th rounder.

Roman plays faster than his…

Roman plays faster than his 40. His first two steps both times were really bad. He could definitely run a much better time if he focused on his take-off but it’s still an elite time.

I for sure know absolutely…

I for sure know absolutely nothing, no coaches, no athletic department staff, no other people. 100% for sure. You got me!

The “exodus” is not coming…

The “exodus” is not coming. A few guys will go to find playing time elsewhere. Had Rod or Paige left for the NFL, Keon wouldn’t have left. Why post something like that when you know nothing?

Mike and Chris have never…

Mike and Chris have never worked together

Sabb is planning to enter…

Sabb is planning to enter the draft at the end of this season. He wouldn’t have been here in 25 anyways. It shocked me when Moore and Paige both announced they would return and I think it had to shock him a little as well. He was ready to be a full fledged starter and build his draft stock. I do think there’s a chance he doesn’t go but he’s probably looking for somewhere he can play basically all defensive snaps at his preferred position.

I do think that could be at Michigan with them moving guys around in the secondary. But Michigan will need to convince him of that before he goes. He’s got enough talent to be a late 1st, early 2nd guy in the draft and he wants to showcase that. If he can do that and double his NIL it’s a win-win for him. I would bet Clemson and Georgia are big players here going after him.

I think he’s a good coach…

I think he’s a good coach. Really surprised they want to bring him back though. He talked a load of crap about Michigan and the Big Ten after he left.

Yes and I’ll trust Romo, who…

Yes and I’ll trust Romo, who’s forgot more about football than you’ll ever begin to understand over you. You could study football for the next ten years and won’t even come close to having Romo’s knowledge. And yes anonymous blogger is all I want to be hahaha not sure why your feelings are so hurt.

He’s got a 52% completion…

He’s got a 52% completion rate and that was after he started something ridiculous like 9/10 I believe. This is the same crazy stuff people were saying about JJ. I don’t hate Purdy nor do I dislike JJ. JJ should have a great career, but he was not great in the playoffs. And currently Purdy does not look great.

He’s right in that instance…

He’s right in that instance though.

Inexperience showing out of…

Inexperience showing out of Purdy. Had the play they wanted. Took a timeout that’s going to be important later.

If Michigan wanted to go…

If Michigan wanted to go this route they could offer Deon to coach the secondary. He has loads of connections from Sound Mind. Not saying it’s a great idea, but he’s well respected and could recruit. He also would keep the secondary together, as all the current guys really like and respect him.

Says who??

Says who??

Current staff :

HC: Moore

Current staff :

HC: Moore

OC/QB: Campbell

OL: Newsome

RB: Hart

WR: Bellamy

TE: Casula

DC/LB: Wink

Special Teams: Brown

That leaves DL and Secondary. Sterling Lucas was a name dropped if Cullen was going to be DC. Lucas and Wink had some overlap in their careers. I would love if they would bring him in. He’d be at least an A hire. Wink can coach DL or LB but most likely he’ll coach LB and get a dedicated line coach. That’s where Michigans strength is next season.

I would also reach out to Osborn. Try to bring on Osborn and Lucas and then look for a solid secondary coach with recruiting chops.

Why he was let go I’ll never…

Why he was let go I’ll never know. I’d take him back in a heart beat if I’m Michigan.

Ohio has two guys who were…

Ohio has two guys who were rated way higher than Harrison and have a LOAD of hype. Not saying they’ll be as good as he was, but the odds that one of them hit are extremely good. They’ll have the best receiver in the Big Ten next season. Bank on that.

What Henschke is now saying…

What Henschke is now saying is basically true. The team preferred Cullen and felt like they were going to be able to hire him. He even was already calling guys to put a staff together on that side and have a game plan for after the Super Bowl.

For whatever reason now they feel like Cullen will get a better position in the NFL after the Super Bowl. Thus leading them to potentially hiring Wink to call plays and get Clink ready to be the full time DC. I personally think Clink is ready, but Moore wants an established play caller at this point. Wink will be a very short term hire, if it happens.

I guess we’ll see what happens with the Wink interview tomorrow. I am OK with it being Wink if it keeps Clink. Lucas from South Carolina was a guy Cullen reached out to and they felt like they could bring him in with Cullen. If Wink could bring Lucas in, that would be a solid hire.

Jim can be a tough dude to…

Jim can be a tough dude to work for. Established NFL guys don’t have to work with someone they don’t want to. Jim knows he and Minter work well together and Minter is on the rise. Jim didn’t need a DC, because he had Minter and they have a great relationship. Had Minter stayed or went elsewhere Jim could have reached out to Cullen.

He’s hitched his wagon to…

He’s hitched his wagon to DeBoer and believes he has a few championships in him. If something happens at Bama and DeBoer ends up being terminated there is always a possibility. But I think it’s a very slim chance. He respects Moore for sure, but if he were to willingly leave DeBoer it would likely be back to the west coast.

BleedThatBlue sorry, I’m not…

BleedThatBlue sorry, I’m not sure exactly what was spread on X today, as I don’t often visit the site. Can you give me a gist of what people were saying? Thanks!

If it’s Joe Cullen he would…

If it’s Joe Cullen he would bring Sterling Lucas with him. Cullen would coach defensive line and Lucas would coach linebackers. Have to wait and see if Cullen gets an NFL offer. If it’s Wink, they’ll try to bump Clinks pay and keep him as CO-DC and let him learn more under Wink for a year or two. Moore respects Clink but wants an established play caller on defense now that a lot of the staff has left. Cullen + Lucas + Clink would be absolutely ideal at this point. Lucas is the kind of recruiter people thought Partridge was and he’s been a part of elite defenses. He’s also a very good coach. He’ll be a DC within 3 years most likely.

No idea if they can keep Clink if they bring in Cullen and Lucas but that would be a solid start to the defensive staff. If Cullen is brought in quickly you can likely keep the defense together still. Rod and Paige have no plans of going anywhere and will do their best to keep the defense together. Grant and Graham plan to head off to the NFL after this season, so if it’s Cullen they will stick around. Cullen is highly regarded in the NFL and considered one of the best line coaches in football.

Unfortunately Michigan needs to wait on some more hirings at the NFL level before they will announce hirings. Graham has already been offered the world by Bama and Courtney Morgan. Michigan needs to try and get this taken care of relatively soon.

I know a guy or two or…

I know a guy or two or something or ‘nother

I’m not sure of the newest…

I’m not sure of the newest rumblings, but this is what I do know. Clink was being groomed to take over as DC once Mike and Minter were gone. Clink was going to become to defensive coordinator. Idk if this was the plan if Jim stuck around or just overall but it seems like this was the plan if Jim stuck around. Then Moore got promoted and based on info since then, it seems he wants someone who has been a DC before. He clearly is worried about having a first time play caller on that side of the ball and he reached out to numerous candidates to be DC. I’m sure this pissed off Clink, who planned on being promoted and now he wants out to be able to move up the ladder.

Making Clink and Elston CO-DCs and letting Clink call the plays would have settled this. Moore clearly wants someone with experience of calling plays. He’s going to end up losing his staff on the side of the ball that was elite. This, unfortunately, is on Moore not anyone else. If he decided Clink wasn’t the guy at DC, he has to live with that and understand Clink was always leaving if he got passed over.

Moore is charge now so he gets to call the shots but he also has to live with the consequences when he does. If Clink had been promoted none of this happens. But now that he might be passed over Harbaugh is offering him a job, knowing he worked well with Minter.

I wouldn’t be surprised, so…

I wouldn’t be surprised, so this isn’t a crazy statement. He said don’t be surprised, not “THIS WILL HAPPEN!” JJ could end up impressing the right people and COULD go as the top QB. I do think he could end up being the best QB in this class, but I don’t think he’ll end up first.

That’s probably for the best, because he would do well to sit behind someone for a year or two on a good team and develop more. Him being drafted somewhere between 15-25 would be for the best.
