I thought for sure that stick on the ice was somehow going to screw us there. |
| 3 weeks 1 hour ago | hook? |
I didn't see it. Literally, and they didn't show a replay. |
| 3 weeks 2 days ago | not really |
I think you forgot to actually watch the game before commenting and criticizing. |
| 3 weeks 3 days ago | ah |
Yes, good point. My bad on the reading comprehension. |
| 3 weeks 3 days ago | Preferred admissions |
The biggest issue is preferred admissions. If Michigan could get the athletes they want through the admissions process like other sports can, they would take a huge step forward. Scholarships aren't THAT big of a deal when you look at the demographics of rowing. Not saying they wouldn't help, but admissions is the most important. |
| 3 weeks 3 days ago | So... |
Coaches were afraid their AD's would drop their programs b/c club teams could compete at the IRA. Had Michigan, Temple, Virginia etc not consistently taken it to the weaker eastern sprints schools, this probably wouldn't have been an issue. |
| 3 weeks 3 days ago | WOTS |
Not an excuse, but a possible explanation, is that they got a bad lane draw on a notoriously unfair course. UM and Virginia were side by side in lanes 1&2 and look how they finished at Vails compared to all other results this year. |
| 3 weeks 3 days ago | really? |
Sounds like you forgive her b/c she is a women. Its one thing if she said "I made some mistakes years ago and I'm sorry and I've learned over these years." Its completely different that she is either in denial or lying through her teeth about it. |

nice transition play. Huge goal. |

He's no Todd "Roller Coaster" Jones though. |
| 9 weeks 4 days ago | NCAA |
The more I read about situations like this, and the more I watch games like the basketball final, the more I equate NCAA sports to professional wrestling and the less interest I have in watching anything except Michigan. |
| 9 weeks 4 days ago | Europe |
Shabazz had the choice to get paid to play in Europe. Granted, he wouldn't have been paid as high as the NBA, but paid nonetheless. I can understand the argument for football players, as there really is no other alternative in terms of making serious money for playing. Basketball players do have options though. I actually agree the 1 and done rule is dumb, but is it not the NBA's choice to enact a rule like that? |
| 10 weeks 1 day ago | $10/hr IM refs |
Would have called that goaltend. The NCAA is paying way too much for those clowns. |
| 10 weeks 1 day ago | what are you seeing? |
You're seeing poor Kevin Ware on the sideline and realize you need to do something to advance the most important narrative in the tourney. |
| 10 weeks 1 day ago | Fuck that |
Aside from the phantom foul's that gave burke his 2nd and 4th, and an obvious foul being given to a UL player that wasn't near a play so Hancock could stay on the court (which all changed the game), the goal tend in the opening minutes that was missed is unforgivable. For what those guys are getting paid for all 3 refs to miss something like that is unacceptable.
EDIT: also, the missed foul on Hancock (that was assigned to someone else) would have been his 4th and the next play down the court he drew McGary's forth on one of his pump fake and flail into the defender plays. |
| 10 weeks 3 days ago | meh |
In his defense, that was a completely out-of-line question that had nothing to do with the game. |

CARES?!! |
| 10 weeks 4 days ago | speaking of hanging |
I'll bet Pitino wishes he was hanging after hours with some middle aged woman in a restaurant than getting completed outcoached right now. |
| 11 weeks 3 days ago | how did that happen |
I don't understand how that happened? Its not like a football play where he got hit or had another player's weight on him. It was really just that he landed funny. I'm shocked that only his own weight could do that much damage. |
| 11 weeks 5 days ago | thats what happens |
when you punch McGary in the nuts. |
| 11 weeks 5 days ago | WOOOOOOOOOOO |
Subs! |
| 12 weeks 4 days ago | boo |
Thanks for the info. One reason I'm looking forward to the new conference is that more games will be on BTN. |
| 12 weeks 4 days ago | is the game on TV tomorrow? |
I'm out of state and don't get FSD. any chance of me watching it? |
| 12 weeks 4 days ago | McGary |
So thats what that pick McGary set was called? |
| 12 weeks 4 days ago | 3s and layups |
in transition. If we get them consistently, we win. If we turn it over, we lose. |
| 13 weeks 1 day ago | St Louis |
I really like St. Louis. I think they have a shot at taking down UL. I also like the Minnesota pick and the Ducks. I think the PAC10 in general is under-seeded. |
| 13 weeks 5 days ago | "class act" |
That is two words. |
