- At the Big House, which has been all kinds of loud this year and where Michigan has beaten the spread every game so far.
- Michigan has played better than Ohio State thus far this season.
- The QB edge. We have a junior QB who was a fringe Heisman candidate last year, while they're probably going to start Braxton Miller who is not all that different from 2008 Terrelle Pryor, i.e. scary on the five rollout runs but also very hesitant and freshman-y.
- The defense keeps getting better every game.
- The offense is just plain good.
- Hoke "gets it" stuffy stuff. They're saving packages, doing the psycho things that you do to overprepare for a rivalry.
- OSU has little to play for and a lame duck coach loses his team as the season goes on.
- Karma. It's been building up inside-a-me for oh I don't know how long.

More like I read the last f-ing thing blaming Zetterberg I could stand then tried to prove or disprove all sorts of prevailing theories. It's not just that shooting percentage is down, it's that shooting percentage is basically down in a vacuum. Everything else is clicking along except some guys aren't making shots. |

Yes. By 2014 I expect to be a shotgun gif of pump-fire-reload. Signature will be "In offseasons I point offscreen and pull the trigger" |

This information should have been in your conference integration packet. I figured Nebraska fans would be a little perplexed by this particular derogation. We often use you guys as an example (ie "would you tell the whole state of Nebraska they can't root for the Huskers?) when explaining why the concept is so silly. I expect some Spartan fans now are trying to back off that concept because it makes their fanbase come across as petty, but I doubt it will work--it's far too ingrained. They're a great university, the paragon of the Morrill Act schools, yet share the state with the Harvard of the Midwest. The unfortunate effect of this is to create a fanbase for MSU that is justifiably oversensitive about the perceived denigration of their rightful place among universities. To hear it from a Michigan alum they call it snobbery; to hear it from a non-alum they call it hypocrisy. "Walmart Wolverine" is the latter.

Lol at this (emphasis mine):
O RLY? Ask any player if they would rather have Brian Cook UFR-ing their play or Mike Valenti saying they suck? |
| 29 weeks 20 hours ago | I think it's 50-50 |
I think it's 50-50 because: Michigan's one loss this year came at the absolute worst time, but that was a very competitive game despite Michigan having Denard throw a billion back-foot duckies in a trash tornado. At Michigan State is a tougher game this year than Ohio State at Michigan. |

yeah, I redacted that part 'cause I don't think there's much of a connection between those dudes -- not fair to mention them together. |
