Noticed while re-watching the highlights, he called the Evans touchdown before Peters even threw the ball. Right after the play starts he says "Flood. Got it." and then Peters throws it.
Yup, like you, I'll be somewhere over the Atlantic during the game. Hoping I don't hear the result before I can get to watch my recording of it next morning.
Well, this used to be a true statement "...so you could watch abominable football and call it work." But since the switch to Gifycat, which is blocked at work, I'll have to wait until I get home to read it.
Thanks for the pro-tip. Just ordered A Saturday Tradition, since it was getting kind of hard to find new needles to listen to my album Halftime Classics,
Couldn't agree more on the point about sportsmanship. During the four games had various combinations of my son, daughter + friend, and wife there, and witnessed not one incident of bad sportsmanship from any other fan.
I was lucky enough to be able to go to all four games. The atmosphere was great, and the family had a great time. Even when arena wasn't full, we were able to keep chants going for long periods of time. Yesterday was the best, given that there were more red-clad folks, but we drowned them out throughout the second half.
Besides all the winning, the coolest part for me were the numerous comments about my "We had subs, it was crazy" t-shirt (Thursday and Sunday), with several M fans asking for permission to take pictures of it.
As her son, Charlie Hall, a walk-on, gets to play in a tournament game. Hope Brian was watching, given his excitement at her attending the Michigan-Northwestern game. :)
Taking my son to his first M BBall game, though have been to the NCAA tournament soccer game at UMD and football bowl game. Hope to be able to do the same with my daughter on Friday, when she'll also be able to go.
Can't tell you exactly how many snaps Furbush played, but there were a few in the second and third quarters where he was the SLB. Peppers sat at least one series, and played safety for a few plays.
I would agree that losing to OSU would make the Big Ten Championship feel "somewhat hollow." BUT, if we were to follow that up by winning the National Championship, that would completely obliterate losing to the Buckeyes for me.
My real take-away from this presser was the fact that Coach Partridge's passion clearly comes through. It's obvious that he loves his job and his players, and truly appreciates the opportunity he's gotten. Hopefully that drive will make him an excellent coach down the line.

Well, it's not as bad as the site that was available yesterday morning, but certainly harder to look at than the the site was several days ago.
I had just gotten to my first duty station, too (FT Campbell), and was still living in the guest housing watching, and celebrating, that awesome win.
Same user name as here, #8605.

Reached the goal in under 20 hours. As huntmich said above, could have gotten 150K. Well done, Chase!

Is it legal to throw to the "inelligible reciever" as long as he is behind the line of scrimmage, or can the DB safely ignore him altogether?
Thanks for that link, and thanks for putting that together. Excellent reference for the future.
Thanks!
WD, what's the overtime setup for NCAA soccer? 2 10-minute halves? Also, is it sudden death or full-time, and can the game end in a tie? Thanks
DOH

For football, the Hokies, since I now live in Virginia and my son is a student there. Third would be West Point, since I retired from the Army.
In basketball, it's Kansas, since that's where I got my grad degree.
I'm sure the Lions would be more than happy to take Taco off their hands for a third-round draft pick.
But will it be a VISUAL podcast???
West Virginia Wolverines vs Boise State Gators at Jerry World...
Thanks for saving some of us the time of looking up the initials.
I thought I read somewhere that he spent the early part of the year out with an injury.
DOH. Tooo sloooow.
Interesting, never heard it called "Flight" before. I'm pretty sure it's "Ride..."
And, I guess we'll find out how Juwan Evans does in the NBA next year.

If Warde was doing his job properly, the B1G would have moved the tournament to Crisler yesterday afternoon.

I was fortunate enough to be able to take two days off, so plan on going Friday as well. Hope you can take off for the second day.
Waaay overspent, paying $25 for second level seats. I guess I should have waited two more days...
1976 ugly brown Gran Torino. What a rust-bucket, but nearly indestructible.
And even if you have read, worth reading again. And again, in a little over two weeks...
See subject.
BEAT AIR FORCE!!!

Assuming you meant the Big XII, not the Big Ten, yes?

He also threw a TD last week vs Miami on a very Harbaugh-like FB to FB pass.

This is difficult to say for an Army guy to say, but GO #25 NAVY! Not sure when the last time one of the Academies was ranked.
Brian,
Thanks for the link to the Bloodlust article. Well written. I'll have to check on that page in the future.
Three times: pick six, kick/punt return, pull on a read option.
Wasn't Carr the DC then?
Yup, best part each week. This week's favorite: DJ Durkin getting sad, then checking his bank account and being less sad.

Good call. Ojciec chrzestny would be his title, not name, so he could still use Szalony as his first name.
