He coached with Casula at…

He coached with Casula at Davenport for a bit. They came and looked at a couple of my kids in 2015.

Thank you guys for everything

Thank you guys for everything

I wouldn't be surprised to…

I wouldn't be surprised to see more of a nickel package w/ 2 high safeties vs Ohio St.

Sideline yes

I am the OC at Lowell and we use hudl sideline.  It is extremely helpful.

Lowell

Go Red Arrows

Last Year's MLK Team

We played them in the finals...no doubt he was the most talented.  Corley 2...Hill 3.

it was Oh well. we'll be back.
thanks I appreciate the kind words
max dean he will wrestle at cornell. zeth dean at harvard.
thank you Bunch of great kids. probably not playing football at the next level but they will do big things in life.

Jeff Houston Lowell Red Arrow
hs football practice our practices are scheduled to the minute. we have a clock that is set with 5 minute segments. all players are working on something at all times, except during "team" time.
Where?

Where do you coach?

Canada Prep

Ill be seeing the finest athletes from the great white north.  Neville Gallimore is supposedly a beast.  Hope we can keep it close.

7 on 7 @ MSU

7 on 7 Tourney @ MSU on June 11.  Anyone know if any of those skill players will be there?

Yessir she dropped me off on Thursday.
Vodka Tonic

Sitting on the shores of St. James Harbor on Beaver Island.  Good times.

not really 7 on 7

It is really 7 (defense) vs. 6 (offense).  Great for summer work....I'll quit if it replaces real football.  I coach at Lowell.  We just won the University of Pitt 7 on 7.  It was thrilling.

I never post

I am a supreme lurker.  I am so fricken' excited though...I don't know what else to do with myself!

legal that is a legal formation. a team can have 7 or more players on the line of scrimmage.
but 12s my number so call me Brady
Haven't gotten mine either.

I'm in GR and got the Brian shirt...not complaining though.  I am a patient man.

Pitchback...

another interesting topic.  We never use one...it is all two way veer, inverted veer or read option.  This is due to never having a kid who can run below a 4.8.

traditional triple option is seldom used

Many variations are used pretty extensively in college.  Urb...I hate to say this...is one of the best at utilizing the option game.

but....

what if we block the guy assigned to the quarterback?  what if we option the end instead of the tackle?  just bustin your balls man...people always tell us (Lowell HS) that defending the option is easy.

Glad to help...

It is especially satisfying because the company I represent (Farm Bureau Insurance) is so damn Sparty-Centric.

Thanks

it is just sitting in a ziplock baggie right now...I wish I had a cool way to display it.  I also have dirt from Tiger stadium from the RH batters box.  I love dirt I guess.

Dirt

Dirt and grass painted yellow (part of the "M") from the endzone where Woodson returned the punt for a TD vs. Ohio.

in the office alone

my secretary has the afternoon off.....not fun.  I did just get a call from Barwis Methods over here in GR to see if I wanted to get in on some training.  If Bacon can do it...I can do it right???

Golf

18...maybe 36

me...

4 years in HS...2 on varsity.  All League-All Area as a senior Safety/Linebacker/Corner.  Been a varsity coach at Lowell High School for 13 years.  Coach RB's.

Gabe Dean

He won't win it but he is a helluva player.  He will be tough to replace for us next year.

Love our M recruits.

But go Rice in this one.  We (Lowell) have a much better chance of beating Rice.  Harrison is gooooood.

FHC?

or FHN?  FHC was pretty good in the mid 90's.

Ouch!

That one cuts deep.  You are right though....way more MSU fans around here than UM.  There are plenty of UM guys on the staff however.  If (big if) we ever have another D1 caliber player (first and only schollie D1 kid was Nichol since Noel has been the head coach) he will be a Wolverine...guarunsheed.

We played OK.

We stuggled with Rockford's size and strength up front most of the night.  Gabe was very good tonight.  #34 for us is a freshman....Braden did play well though.

HUGE

Vacate all wins under The Cheater.  30 schollies over 3 years.  3 year postseason ban.  5 years probation.

so you are saying

this be old news??  oops.

Call your insurance agent...

they will have recommendations of who they have used in the past.

Exposure

If the MSHAA would get rid of the ridculous restrictions they have on football, HS teams could travel and play in these 7 on 7's as HS teams.  This is a much better scenario than all star 7 on 7 teams.

as a coach at Lowell

I agree with Noel that this is bad news.  The guys running with Mill Coleman seem to contradict eachother as well...should a kid miss his ow HS team's 7 on 7 to play for an all-star team?  The real problem with Michigan kids and their lack of exposure lies with the MSHAA.

hey....

we may get ya today!  BARTOLO!!

please tell me you are from NY

nothing worse than Yankee fans with no ties to the area.

joke of a stadium

god I hate them

Tressel?

I searched the board and didn't see anything......espn radio in Philly (Baldinger) reported Tressel will be fired.  Has this been debunked?

sad

but true....I hate them.

Lowell 42-Rockford 35

Bank it brother.

angry birds

addicting

Aaron Craft

Aaron Craft is my least favorite player....ever.
