I would really like to see my Vikes trade up to the 10-15 area to snag Austin. The offseason has been solid but we realllly need a stud WR to take the top off the D. I don't think he's worth trading both of the late 1st round picks we have, but on the other side if we have to give up those picks, that takes us out of Teo territory. Ideally we can trade up with a 1st+2nd and take a LB with the other 1st round pick....after the Bears select Teo of course (please please please). Later on, I wouldn't mind seeing Honey Badger in the late 2nd-3rd...we can handle that personallity. Swope in the 4th would be solid if we pick up a LB in the 1st. I'm still hoping we give Breaston a shot, if he can heal up he'd be a great weapon. |

I was watching ESPN when they cut into the whole ceremony, and I thought it was all done really well. Really touching throughout, all the way to the 3 first pitches. Then Big Papi's little speech...incredible. Gave me goosebumps. It's something noone there will ever forget and I'm sure people from Boston will say it with pride from now on. Only he coulda done it so well tho! |

It's not about wasting YOUR time, or my time, or even the coaches time...if a guy feels he is ready to go to the nba and is going to leave early for the draft, that's a really big deal for him. He probably wants the day, the opportunity to have all eyes on him and give his explanation why. Just like when a HS kid decides where he wants to go to school....Even if everyone knows where he's going, he wants his time.
But this will be a "Glenn and I are coming back to win one more game than last year" type deal, i presume..i hope haha |

I dont doubt anything, just curious, what site did you get those reported numbers from? I've been following it on the news (tv) since it all happened and they have 2 dead 100 injured...but it was only like 10mins ago that they all started even reporting on this, it was CNN only for quite a while |

I have always been a fan of Morgan, but honestly I cannot say enough about how he's handeled this new B1G/NCAA tourney lineup. Just look at yesterday, they put him in and he collects those 2 massive charges late and I have a feeling he will get even more usage tomorrow to really get Dieng out of the game...very happy we still have him for another year |

It does seem really odd that these guys would do ANYTHING that could be leaked...even if they were both 100% that they wanted to go tot the NBA, it's much easier to say "I'll think about it with my family after this season" in the 5,000 press conferences these guys need to do than to answer alllll that stuff about deciding to enter the draft. Even beyond that the rest of the team has to answer about how they'll be next season without blah blah. Call me suspect. |

I disagree about firing the AD, but the big story for me is that AD seeing this video and I'm sure even more than OTL has, making the decision to suspend/fine/try to fix the guys attitude, initially stand by him when OTL released the video, and then folding to the media pressure and firing him. Very poorly managed on so many levels and certainly isn't what an incoming coach wants to see from the current leadership....but overall he was fired and I believe that was the right thing to do. Would have been nice if OTL did this while coaches were still available and before everyone committed to stay put after Minni asked em tho lol |

Maybe all you are much more informed about the NBA than I, but I've seen a handful of games in the past....6 years. They don't run the court, defense is nonexistent, and its all just soft (plus noone will want to post her up). She'll obviously sell a few tickets/create a hellova buzz and the draft is weak this year, so why not. Hell she'll cost less, bring in more, and out produce Greg Oden. |

It definitely is just a nonsense troll piece. I watched the entire presser and Donovan was not disrespectful at all. He probably is too frank and doesn't use as much coach-speak as we're used to in this tournament, but why fault a guy for that. Every quote that sounds dickish was taken out of context, like when he said none of our players create for themselves and then went on to explain why they dont have to because of Trey. He said his team didn't have the fire, which is true, and maybe they would have gained confidence if Nik doesn't drain all of those 3s, also true. I have no beef with anything he said |
