"The face of the operation is Briatore (referred to exclusively in the film by his colleagues and angry, chanting detractors as "Flavio"), an anthropomorphic radish who spends most of his time at QPR plotting to fire all of the managers."

Thanks for posting. Mike Hart was my favorite running back and still is. There are a ton of others, but that dude was just gritty and had absolutely no quit in em. That screen reception got me cheering out loud again - thanks for a bit of sunshine in a dark football-less summer. Go Blue!!

Happy B-Day WD! Ok - my childhood memory was a summer on the East Coast skipping mussels and eating others on a beautiful lake in New Hampshire. Swimming, girls, fishing and horseback riding in the mountains were commonplace. I hope my kids get to do something like that as well.
|2 weeks 5 days ago||Gotta love this kids skill||
Gotta love this kids skill set, and he's the closest thing to his previous QB at the 9er's. I could see him tearing it up in Jim's offense whether that be sooner or later. The cream will rise and this QB competition will be fun to watch. Who knows? They might even play more than one for the opener and see who is the best under the lights.

And I have to say it this the best car I have ever owned by far. I drive for a living selling Spirits and Wine and I'm saving $175 a month from my previous car that got an advertised 32MPG. You won't be racing anyone at a stoplight and it takes a minute to get used to, but I will probably own a Prius the rest of my life. If you are considering a car, you should test drive one. It teaches you how to drive smarter and conserve gas, so you save more money as you learn from it. I can get up to 58 MPG in the city if I am consious of how I drive; I get 49-52 if I just drive like I used to. Best car purchase ever. I was worried about the payment, and it's covering HALF of my payment in gas savings. Booyah.

1. I think it's hilarious that the Big 12 is going to take a "wait and see" approach to moving into 12 teams for their conference. How many years will it take of them getting left out of the championship before they figure it out? The committee has an easy out here because as long as everyone in the Big 12 has 1 loss they can just point to the lack of 13th game, and lack of Championship determined the last week of the season. My guess is after this year when they get left out again they will reluctantly add two.

I used to watch Sho Kosugi movies growing up and still like them (although a little cheesier so many years later). On my IPad and can't embed but check this scene out from "Revenge of the Ninja"

Harbaugh eats lightning and craps thunder. Just sit back and watch the man build a dynasty. He's getting the guys he likes all over the country, and he doesn't care about your stupid ratings system. It's something they made up for fans to follow but has no bearing on reality. I am immune to all your fancy charts and graphs that support your point. How much do you wanna bet all the kids offered at these camps were busting their asses, standing out as the best of the best, and showing that they are coachable?
|7 weeks 6 days ago||I know that several people here||
like that we have Buckeyes lurking and appreciate their perspective. I cannot stand them and don't really understand why they go to Michigan blog sites. Hell, not only do they visit, but they sign up and comment regularly. What a sad and confused life some people lead. I will never relate to or understand their motivation. This has to be the third or fourth site they go to daily. I can't wait to beat their ass this year.

I am solid in the camp that Harbaugh knows what he's doing and the recruiting services don't really know shit. I know you've got fancy charts, "empirical data" (whatever that is), and all kinds of statistics to back up how amazing Rivals/Scout/etc... are. All I know is this dude is a proven winner in College and in the NFL and those of you doubting him are being ridiculous.
I could care less what some guy behind a computer who's never coached a team in his life thinks about these recruits. Harbaugh seeing and coaching these kids in person is everything. He will scour the nation to find the kind of players who fit his mold. People who will attack each day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.
While some are checking the sites to see where we rank in a fictitious star competition, the coaches will be working hard to build the new era of Michigan football. Whoever Jim and his staff thinks give us the best shot will be the right guys for this team. Sit back and watch this dude build a masterpiece brick by brick.

Yet another "edge of your seat" finish. This year has turned me into a Softball fan, and it's been a really fun ride. Our Women kick ass no matter how this ends, and I can't wait to see them compete tomorrow!

Let's build a cushion here and put this team away
|8 weeks 6 days ago||Fantastic||
John Oliver is hilarious and so right on the money. Nobody likes how the NCAA does it's business but these guys make them look like moral pillars of justice. Sad that the big sponsors are the only ones that can really do anything, because they will just keep raking in the cash and look the other way.
|8 weeks 6 days ago||This game kinda sucks for us IMO.||
Don't get me wrong, it will be a bigtime challenge and an away game to boot. I just mean win or lose, national perception of the Utah program is not very good. This will be one of the toughest challenges any team has in week one (Minnesota's is even harder of course). If Minny loses, but it's a close game - the media perception will still be positive. If we drop a close one to Utah, the media (and this site) will shit a brick. I want to believe we will roll em, but I really think this is our 3rd toughest game of the season.

But I just sat there staring for about three minutes when it finished. Creepy, freaky, amazing, and so much fun to watch. I proceeded to text friends and family about it and had some really good discussions. Everything that has gone away from the books has been better in my opinion, and they are hitting it out of the park. There is so much to look forward to... Winter is coming.

Pitcher is a hoss. Wouldn't want to run into her in a dark alley.

Wow. That was awesome - Go Blue!!
|9 weeks 5 days ago||Gentry!||
I'm going with Zach Gentry to win the starting spot this fall. I have zero evidence to support that, just a hunch. I think if you look at guys like Andrew Luck and Colin K. you see really big athletes that have a cannon for an arm and athleticism to get the tough first down scrambling when you really need it. Gentry is a gigantic 6'-7" and 230 lbs as a Frosh! How big will this dude get under our weight and nutritional program? Some stats: "Gentry threw for 2,978 yards and 26 scores last season at Eldorado High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico, He also rushed for 1,057 yards and 22 touchdowns" (mlive.com).
We all know Rudock can manage the game, but I think Harbaugh has something extra up his sleeve.

Personal Foul - on the offense -- Punching Babies - 15 yards and loss of down (I know this is not exactly what you're asking for I just think it's funny)
|9 weeks 6 days ago||Utah game -||
The opener is scary. I think it's our 3rd hardest game and will tell us about this team and their potential.
