"It's not about last year or who's here or who's isn't here," says your head coach. "It's about getting out here and competing and seeing who is here, and that's where we're gonna go."

It's not for sure that he'll play the 4.
|1 day 11 hours ago||No you troll on clown||
Mayhew is just as bad as Millen? Are you fucking joking? Mayhew at least got the Lions to the playoff twice. Millen was remotely nowhere near it and ran the franchise into the ground, leading them to 0-16.
Dead money comes off the book after 2015 season and there will be cap increase so Lions have more flexibility to do what they want to do especially when you consider they have to extend Ziggy, Slay, Warford and Levy into a big contract.
The fact you said that Ziggy is a bust is a joke all by itself.
|1 day 16 hours ago||Sounds like you're dealing||
with emotions, not FACTS. Lions were in bad contract situation because they hit on Stafford, Suh and Calvin before the new CBA. They had to take on massive rookie contract and extend both Stafford and Calvin because they're critical to Lions long term plans.
Go find a new team
|1 day 22 hours ago||Nebraska lost their two best||
Nebraska lost their two best player in Ameer Abdullah and Kenny Bell. Bell may be harder to replace because Nebraska has more proven RBs.
|1 day 22 hours ago||Lions made the playoff twice||
Lions made the playoff twice in last 4 years. Mayhew is so much better than Millen. Saying he's the same as Millen is laughable considering Millen ran the franchise into the ground into 0-16

Like Trent Richardson, Brandon Weeden, Brady Quinn, Kamerian Wimbley, William Green, Gerrad Warren, Courtney Brown, and much more

"for all of the poster's piling on Devin all year long. Sorry if it's a shitty title. I'm a big fan of Funchess and it was meant to be fun natured given the fact that he is lighting rod for poster's reaction (mostly in disdain)."

transferring because he looks miserable at one point....... Let's just stop with the speculation until anything happens to the roster.
|4 days 10 hours ago||I think Wilson and Donnal||
I think Wilson and Donnal would play the 4 where they're better suited for their skillsets.
|4 days 11 hours ago||The same Mark Donnal||
who was a 4* recruit......
|4 days 12 hours ago||Not saying he's the next Frank Kaminsky||
but look at his recruiting profile.....
Bo Ryan was looking at Austin Davis very hard and he fits the profile of Wisconsin big guy. Has size, can shoot and post up.

so take it FWIW
|4 days 14 hours ago||People got to remember Jordan Morgan||
Same exact reaction when Jordan committed to Michigan. Not to say he's the next Jordan Morgan, but you need to give it time and trust in JB's evaluations. Jordan has transformed himself from a fringe D1 prospect into a very good B1G big man.
|5 days 18 min ago||That doesn't seem to be the problem||
with Alabama/Auburn, LSU/Alabama and to name a few because they all have night games. Stating this reason is presumptuous IMO. If they can handle it, then Michigan/MSU or MIchigan/OSU can handle it as well.
|5 days 14 hours ago||Dakich||
would get a redshirt next season.
|5 days 14 hours ago||He'll still be the #1 option||
but the surrounding cast will be much better than he got at the beginning of last season.
|5 days 21 hours ago||By definition||
you would start Ryan Fitzgerald since he scored a 48 on Wonderlic yet he sucks as a QB. Peyton scored a 28 yet he's one of the smartest QB in the league.
|1 week 50 sec ago||They won 2 world series||
but otherwise, I'd agree with you considering they have their annual fire sale every few years. They just inked up Giancarlo Stanton into a massive deal so we'll see. They do have a lot of great young players like Ozuna, Yelich, Fernandez, etc. If they lock them up, maybe times are achangin!
|1 week 2 min ago||KAHHHHHHHHHNNNNNNN||
Drafted Rubio and Flynn over Curry. Rubio turned out okay and Flynn is a massive bust. That pales in comparison to Steph Curry who has become one of the best PG and player in the league.

yet you said you don't watch basketball live anymore because of broadcast. Then why make the statment?
|1 week 20 hours ago||lol Arizona||
won Pac-12 South in an arguably the strongest conference in the country.
It's funny that every players who played under RR outside of Michigan would run through the wall for him. Arizona players loved playing for him. WVU players loved playing for him. Clemson players loved playing for him. Tulane players loved playing for him. Glenville State loved playing for him. Notice the theme? It contridicts your post.
|1 week 20 hours ago||He did work hard to develop them||
and adjusted his offense to them. RR passed the ball more in his first year than he ever had when he was at WVU. He had to install his system so there would be growing pains but would reap benefits for the long run. Also, if you seen RR's offense in the past from Tulane to Clemson to WVU to Michigan. He adjusted his offense according to the QB's talent level. They air it out with Shaun King. Balanced with Woodrow Dantzler. Run heavy with Pat White.
Plus, RR encouraged open competition which means the best player play which he did with Tate and Shoelace.
|1 week 20 hours ago||NCAA is worse with game breaks||
with coaches getting 5 timeouts, and media timeouts (4 per half). That's essentially 9 timeouts for both teams. That's way too much for NCAA. NBA is much better in terms of flow because NBA coaches don't use timeout as much as NCAA and is not a micromanager like Izzo, Bo Ryan, etc.
|1 week 20 hours ago||How about a post-season tournament||
where teams who don't make the playoff will play in the tournament in best of 5 series to determine a champion for the right to get #1 overall pick. That would discourage tanking and encourage team not to tank for top 3 picks. The winner/loser of championship and winner of consolation game would get top 3 picks while the rest of order would be based on records.
|1 week 21 hours ago||I completely agree||
It shows how little (or if any at all) that Brian watched NBA in the last 5-7 years. NBA has completely changed from hero ball/iso ball to ball movement/spacing where the team is better off finding open 3 pt shooters or get to the basket.
|1 week 1 day ago||I remember reading a pre-season thread about the Tigers||
someone predicted that the Tigers will win 75 games because spring training.
Tigers have owned the AL Central and have for years. There are AL Central teams have success elsewhere but when they play the Tigers, they get owned. As long as the Tigers keep winning division games, I'm not worried.
|1 week 1 day ago||Ironically,||
RR offense is a lot closer to what Michigan offense traditionally runs which is singleback wing offense or triple option offense. Pro style came in the late 80s which is relatively new compared to the offense Michigan ran years before Bo's late years at Michigan.

Rich Rod found them and was able to get them before Hoke took over.
