Might want to take another crack at it OP
|5 hours 16 min ago||I'm going to go WAY out on a limb here||
And assume the 57 year old white guy demographic was not the one the good people at Nike were aiming at when they released these so my opinion of the shoes means less than nothing. FWIW not a fan of the gum line on the sides.
It is good to know however that not all shoe manufacturers feel that way about us old dudes. Some of them still directly cater to our tastes and for that I am grateful. Thanks Steph!

One of those iconic landmarks that always just "was" - never really thought anything about it or its history until reading that article.

That shooting free throws are the hardest thing in the world to do-edging out clean, safe nuclear fission for degree of difficulty

I found it somewhat challenging to sort out the total sleezeballs from the partial sleezeballs. But everyone in the story it seemed had some sleezeballosity to them. This is NOT a political statement in any way shape or form but if anyone needed an example of fake news - these guys were specialists in creating it.
I need to go take a shower after reading that.

"The source of the domestic strife, reputedly, had to do with marital issues that were Les a matter of inches than Miles."

Does the football team do that? Don't seniors who arent extended a 5th year get the golden handshake after the season or am I completely wrong there?
|5 days 7 hours ago||Well......||
I sure as hell hope Beilein's confidence in a player not leaving is nothing like's Red's confidence in player's not leaving.
|5 days 8 hours ago||Kinda odd timing no?||
Maybe I dont remember clearly anymore but it seems odd to me for this announcement to be made now while the season is still underway. Sort of feels like a guy getting fired or quitting a job and then working for the next month or so (looking at you NC State).
|6 days 1 hour ago||It may be vague||
BUT IT HAS SIX ASTERISKS! Six - count em - six!
Seriously OP, what's up with the astericks? Those are bothering me cause I dont understand why they are there.

Here in Cleveland Mock Drafts are affectionately known as "Super Bowl Sunday". We live for the NFL draft cause after that it's all downhill baby.

If Peppers is not taken in round 1 (and like you I dont see how he wont be) the Browns should have somebody waiting for the place to open up on Friday so they can turn their card in and get him at #33.
That being said it wouldnt surprise me to see somebody willing to deal a future #1 to get that pick. Having all night to think about who's still available might tempt one of the good teams to trade a future #1 for a the first pick in the second round.
And I'll eat TWO Lemons, without Tequila, if Lewis goes in round one.

For those you not yet familiar with working with a consultant as Magic was let me give you some advice from years of experience. Once your company brings one in and they are evaluating you - get your resume buffed up cause you're gonna need it. SOON.
There hasnt been one consultant engagement in the history of corporate America that didnt end with the following summary report:
1. Your company is an utter disaster. It's as screwed up as anything we've ever seen. It's a wonder you guys can still make payroll.
2. The guy in charge of the department you asked us to review? Why that's the the most screwed up employee in a sea of screwed up employee. X means well and is a nice guy and all but MAN is he over his head and holding you guys back.
3. As luck would have it, our firm (or in the case of Magic-himself) just so happens to have the precise skillsets you need to extrecate yourself from the craphole you find yourself in. For the mere sum of (about double whatever the company was paying the guy they're about to get murdered) we can pull you out of the ditch. It wont be easy and it will take a long time but with perserverance (and about 5 times what you would've paid somebody internally) we can do it!
I knew those dudes were toast the miniute they announced they had brought Magic in as a consultant to review their basketball operations.

|6 days 4 hours ago||Draftegeddon||
There's always Draftegeddon to bitch about.
But seriously thanks for the update. I still think that if money is a limiting variable you could kick-start this project and make "HAIL" fundraising closer to what we put together for the sick dog.
People would contribute to this Brian. I know I would.
|6 days 7 hours ago||Not just millenials||
I'm 57 and like to attend games but cant stand slow-paced events and constant TV timeouts drive me nuts. I dont go to baseball games anymore cause I cant see spending 4 hours (plus driving and parking) to watch a game and I dont golf anymore cause I have a family and would MUCH rather spend the time with them than 8 hours on a golf course.
Look at how long baseball games used to take in the 40's and 50's and compare that to today. It's over twice as long and nothing more is going on - just more stoppages that take longer when they stop.
As long as TVs keep getting better and games keep getting longer and more expensive to attend this trend will continue. The economic model for pro sports cannot sustain itself IMO and something's got to give.

I just responded to clarify why I said it in the first place. Which gives people opportunities to have me take even MORE medicine if they dont think I've had enough.

|1 week 5 hours ago||Also tweeted by Due# last night - This WAS a foul||
|1 week 5 hours ago||That's exactly my point though||
It's a comment, not a post. I didnt create a thread to tell the world I dont like feelingz posts. I posted my comment in a thread.
The OP created a thread to tell everyone he didnt watch the All Star game. Not that he watched it and didnt like it. Not that he watched it and thought it was awesome. The post was about him not watching something.
|1 week 6 hours ago||Neither would be my guess||
We moved up, IMO, cause we werent expected to beat Wisconsin but we did and we were expected to lose at Minnesota and we did, in OT. I would hazzard a guess they are classifying that as a "quality loss" and a better than expected win.
But what the fuck do I know. I thought, up until last night, when a team throws the ball out of bounds it's a turnover. Now I've learned it's a foul on the other team. And it's a technical foul if you get the chairs ready for an upcoming TO.
Learned something new.
|1 week 7 hours ago||No worries||
I wasnt nice to the OP, you werent nice to me.
Is that paying it backwards?
Edit: Sorry OP for being a dick in my initial post. Wasnt necessary on my part.
|1 week 8 hours ago||I know I speak for the rest of the board when I say||
Everybody could see I was being massively sarcastic when I said I know I speak for the rest of the board.
Look - came off harsher than intended but so let me rephrase it. I do not like feelingz posts with nothing but hot takez and zero content. Should have just said that.
Actually I should've just said nothing and downvoted the post. It's Monday.
|1 week 8 hours ago||Thanks for sharing that||
I know I speak for the rest of the board when I say we all woke up this morning wondering what Bo248 thought about the NBA All Star game. Did it meet his expectation or fall short? (sounds to me like it wasnt as good as you hoped - sorry about that).
Please check back in and let us know how your lunch turned out. I know I'll be waiting eagerly for the update.

|1 week 1 day ago||"If you believe it's true"||
I was thinking yesterday when the subject was being discussed that our entire society has become "tollerant" of people being just flat out WRONG on things because it's their opinion and who are we to judge? But not everything is subjective and open to interpretation like strawberry ice cream tastes better than vanilla. Some things, like the earth is flat for example, are just WRONG.
2 +2 does not equal 7 and anybody who says it does should be viewed as a dumb-ass, not someone expressing their personal individuality and creative thinking.
|1 week 1 day ago||Kyrie||
If you read his comments yesterday (he said science didn't support the earth is flat theory)I'm pretty sure his "earth is flat" was one of two things:
1: A reference to our current state of political affairs or
2: An attempt to generate publicity for the upcoming "Uncle Drew" movie he will star in once the season is over.
Now as far as Draymond goes I think he's just a dumb ass.
|1 week 3 days ago||Been there||
I know it's cold comfort in your situation but I've been there my friend. In my situation my ex also cheated, also left and moved to Columbus to marry another dude. She left me to raise our youngest (he was 16 at the time) on my own but the courts demanded I pay HER child support! Even though she left. Even though I had custody and even though he wanted nothing to do with moving to Columbus to be with mom.
Took me countless trips to court and lots of money in attorney fees to convince the courts that I shouldnt have to pay her child support to raise a child she left. AT one point they even garnished my wages and I was listed as a "deadbeat dad" cause I wasnt paying my ex child support for a child I was raising. But the courts simply could not fathom that a FATHER of all things would be raising a child so they made me pay her for almost a year.
Hang in there.
