It seems the producers are completely obsessed with dragons and drunk skeletons and forgot what this show is really all about.... BEWBS! Now I'm not sure if it matches up perfectly, but it sure seems like RR Martin's storylines led themselves to more nudity and all around ass grabery than we have been getting in recent episodes. Almost unwatchable nowadays with all of the fabric, armor, etc. getting in the way.
My wife went to UW. Nothing would give me more of a rock hard CFBoner than to see the Maize and Blue curb stomp the huskies for the national championship. Order appears to be restored in D1 football!
I live in Sacramento. Rather than repeat a long list of California IPAs that this board is probably sick of hearing about from the drinking threads, (Alpine Nelson. There is nothing better and nothing even close for my money) I will instead stick to extremely local beer.
There is a small brewery in Sacramento called "Device." The husband and wife team used to homebrew in the San Diego area and were rather plugged in to the scene accordin to the website. At any rate, they opened a "hop heavy" brewery not too far from where I live and are absolutely killing it. All of the beer is great, including collaborations with better known breweries like Knee Deep. If you were to come through Sacramento I would say head to Device Brewing and order an "Integral IPA".
As for the second question, my traditions are to drink anything I can during Michigan football games (often 9am on the west coast), lie to my wife about how many I have had, and lie to myself about my ability to lose the weight craft beer is slowly adding to my body.
Sorry. Personal opinion alert! Pinedrops is Tuuurrrrible. While fresh squeezed is a revelation from one of the west coast's most overrated breweries, pinedrops is truly tuuuurrrible. In my opinion.
Blind Pig and Pliny the Elder back to back. A friend has a cabin in Mendocino and he picked up three of each for me on his way back down the coast. Have to say I prefer the Blind Pig. Too boozy is no good for me anymore.
I was on silver lake (and Long Lake) with my family 2 weeks ago. Family wedding at Grand Traverse. Small world considering I have been out here for 15 years.
Nelson! My last two posts have been about Nelson, but that is time well spent. Best IPA ever
Made. It's not even close. Green Flash has been brewing Nelson in kegs (the only way we see it in NorCal) since 2013. So needless to say I am not concerned with quality control. Duet and Hippy Birthday definitely taste different, but Nelson is as delicious as ever.
While agreeing with the Pope is more common sense than "sticking my neck out there" I agree with this sentiment exactly as it is worded. I love In n' Out just like I love a couple other regional burger establishments. But in my three and only visits to Five Guys I have walked away with the feeling that I just ate a shitty burger and need to wash my hands 10 times. Don't understand the source of the equally strong hype for 5 guys.
As a tax attorney, you would think I would enjoy this conversation. Unfortunately, it seems the only person I can't help save money is me. Oh well, a few more beers and I will forget the bill. Stone "delicious" IPA here. It is rather new and purports to be gluten free. All I know is that it truly is "delicious" and it is 1 for 1 in giving me a brutal hangover. Cheers everyone.
Now that is a cool story bro I can get behind. Always loved both of these shoes for the same reasons (Fab Five) and can't believe you are building signed copies. Are they reissues? Mint condition from the early 90's?
Have been wearing the New Era hat (with the logo on the side) for a couple of years now. Imagine my delight when our very own Harbaugh ditched the superbold font and returned to the classic skinny block M. My only issue is that they don't make a low profile version. I have always felt like the original 59fifty hats sit really high off of your head and make you look a bit douchey. Oh well. If its good enough for Harbaugh, I suppose I can tolerate looking like Albert Belle.
Love the content WD, and am a fan of your contributions to the blog, but the match play scores are indeed incomplete. I am assuming the wins by "4" and "6" refer to "4 and 3 or 2" and "6 and 5 or 4" respectively. Picking nits indeed, but I would hate for Bust a Nuss to feel like a dumbass when the there is in fact an issue with the reporting.
Hopefully this post goes through. Happy Friday all! Vodka and rockstar for this guy. My wife is giving me the stink eye, but the kids Re in bed and no one can steal my thunder now.
The more Jalen talks about what C-Webb should or shouldn't do, the more obvious it becomes that Jalen is looking out for his own reputation and doesn't really care about C-Webb and Michigan making up.
I love both of these guys more than I should. Move on Jalen. Your career is really starting to take off and shouldn't be defined by C-Webb's actions.
Citra is a great beer. And Knee Deep is doing work in the Nor Cal foothills. We all love our San Diego MGoBloggers and their never ending list of great breweries (Ballast Point, Alesmith, Stone, Green Flash etc.) but Northern California puts out great beer year after year.
Find MGoBrewMom and tour the wonderful breweries in San Diego. If that is not your thing than do anything else outside. It's San Diego for Christ sakes!
I know we all love Dakich, but I had him at 3 of 6 on the line. Dude's gotta watch his footwork if he wants to see more playing time. [Says the aging desk worker who probably couldn't hit 1 of 10]
I know there have been appreciation threads, but G' damn. Can we buy this man a sub or something. Long Live Jordan Morgan. You will be a Michigan hero until the day you die.

It Won't (IMHO)

That is the only one you need to watch. Over.... and Over..... and Over.... again.
If A... Then B..... A... Therefore B.
