Lol sorry guys i was a total

Lol sorry guys i was a total douche. (No sarcasm there) We all say things we don't mean, and people here made some good points. He's worked his ass off his entire career only to be butchered by dumbasses like me. I should probably lay off the posts for a while.

I'd really like to see

I'd really like to see Michigan get some work done as far as LBs and DEs in this class, we could use some serious help in that category. However it seems like alot of these guys are going to be more attracted to a traditional 4-3 where they can line up with their hands on the turf. As far as the two big in-state prospects (Arnett and Thomas) we have to be able to grab at least one of them (preferably Thomas), however right now it looks like it will be Thomas to MSU and Arnett to OU if they offer.. But that's just based on what I've read.

+1 For legitimate

+1 For legitimate contribution

I know there has to be kids

I know there has to be kids who read this too this stuff is just flat nasty.

Bama commit Philip Sims is

Bama commit Philip Sims is probably gonna get the start for DG's team, but he'll be in before Montana's kid. Ha did anyone see the interview with that dude on GBW about Michigan prospects? I don't think he could reiterate enough how much he thought Shaw was a FSU lock.

Maybe I'm the only one, but

Maybe I'm the only one, but DAMN was I shocked when Jesse Scroggins walked up to throw- not about his arm, it was average- more like "WHOA USC RECRUITED A BLACK QUARTERBACK??"

I was one of the people who

I was one of the people who had thought he was a silent Florida commit, but whatever, FSU or Bama I don't care as long as the gators don't get him.

After seeing the Skills

After seeing the Skills Competition i really hope the Gholston decommit rumors are true.

Haha I love how ESPN

Haha I love how ESPN considers 266 yards with 2 TDs and a pick a career day.. then again it is TP.

Herby mentioned he said

Herby mentioned he said something along the lines of "he will be back in some capacity in August." He's leading the recruits to believe whatever they want, but I'm still not entirely sure he means head coach.

Seems like everyone who has

Seems like everyone who has committed to FSU recently believes that they're "really back" and has said that in some way or another. I guess Jimbo's really got them believing.

He's not the only one under

He's not the only one under the impression Gardner shined

The difference is that there

The difference is that there is now little more than a month left before signing day.

"C(h)rist, the Savior of

"C(h)rist, the Savior of Notre Dame Football!" Not that I agree with that, but I'd like to copyright the phrase before ESPN gets their greedy paws on it.

Phew. When I first saw this

Phew. When I first saw this thread title I thought this was that dude advertising his pro-style QB kid/brother/self again. I'd +1 just because you're NOT him.

Not to mention the guy who

Not to mention the guy who would seem to be his major competition, Vincent Smith, is going to be out all spring, I can't imagine that's going to hurt him at all. (Fitz) On a personal note, I hope our safeties are good enough that Turner can stick at corner.

Ken725 alluded to it but

Ken725 alluded to it but Quinton Washington is a (rivals) 4-star Guard that TomVH has raved about on multiple occasions, this dude is the real deal. If for some reason or another an opportunity in the middle of the O-line opens (assuming Schilling, Molk, and Omameh stay as the LG-C-RG) then you could be seeing him on the field quite often.

Emo refers to the name of a

Emo refers to the name of a dude who posted like nuts during the season, and as some posters suggest, had meltdowns whenever people questioned his thinking, but that didn't stop him from posting forum topics daily. As a matter of fact, he's probably gonna neg me for this post.

Hankins is basically down to

Hankins is basically down to Ohio State and Florida evidently. We're with Bama trailing them.

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/mock

The CBS Sports Mock Draft has Brandon Graham going first round to Miami, well at least one of them does. The other analyst has him ending up in Arizona. Alan Branch anyone? As far as punter goes, there is good news and bad news. Bad news first. 1) He went to MSU 2)His average is sixth in the league. 3)His contract doesn't expire until the end of the 2011 season. Now for the GOOD news. 1) His number of kicks which land inside the 20 (21) is tied for 16th in the league AND... well yeah that's the only thing that would suggest he's leaving. I'd like to see a super-Miami team, but really I'd be happy with Zoltan in Detroit, or anywhere that isn't the Redskins really.

Ha I love the nice (possibly)

Ha I love the nice (possibly) touch, but I'd say a transition away from the spread probably helps the (possibly) greatest college QB ever's replacement, a more pro-style John Brantley.

I hear Elams also really into

I hear Elams also really into Georgia, but I don't know how Alec Ogletree factors into that. As far as Dorsey- ESPN has a real thing for any recruit remotely interested in UF- and their prospect rankings reflect that. Dorsey may be highly rated at ESPN, but no one else really thinks that highly of him. I'd rather get Parker, and I think we probably finish off 3 of our last 4 with Grimes, Murphy, and Parker. One guy this DOES give us a shot with, though, is Jonathan Hankins. He could very well be our 29th.

Could affect quite a few. To

Could affect quite a few. To name one, Florida safety Matt Elam has really been teetering on his UF commitment for a long time, his only ties really being with Meyers and his staff. However, as far as UM recruits I'd say minimal impact. For the last time, I REALLY THINK this can put to bed any DG to Florida rumors, Thank God.

He's pretty dang accurate,

He's pretty dang accurate, his receivers just don't catch squat. I was watching the LSU-Arkansas game, Greg Childs had 4 drops alone in that game! I'm not saying he's high quality NFL material by any standards, but I'd question his experience or mobility before accuracy.

Yeah ESPN Rivals and Scout

Yeah ESPN Rivals and Scout all still have him committed.. You may not agree with their rankings but they're at least on the ball when it comes to breaking news. Someone needs to verify this, say from I don't know, Gholston?

I think you people

I think you people underestimate Al Davis. Davis has pretty much finally given up on Jamarcus Russell, meaning that the Raiders are going to spend ANOTHER top 10 pick on an overrated offensive weapon. Jimmy Clausen comes to mind, but he doesn't have a strong enough arm for Ol' Al. Here's my guess, and I'd say it's fairly accurate. The ONLY way Davis makes a smart pick is if Mallett doesn't declare and his other love affair (a safety with speed) Taylor Mays has been drafted by then. Then he'll go with somewhere where he needs help, like the O-Line. And if Mallett declares, the ONLY team that takes him high is Oakland.

Kentucky Basketball=

Kentucky Basketball= Tennessee Football?
Although I guess Kentucky never sunk to using hostesses... But since when do attractive girls go to Kentucky anyway

Personally I think Obi's a

Personally I think Obi's a fine leader, just not a great player. However if it was one of the two young'ens you mention there I'd say more likely JB than Demens due mainly to his advantage in playing time?

Replace Wilson with Big Tex

Replace Wilson with Big Tex and I'd be happy. We have a bunch of young O-line bruisers, I think Big Tex could have a bigger impact earlier.

Agreed. We'd have to be

Agreed. We'd have to be pretty arrogant to think that we know everything that went into his decision, and therefore we need to step back and respect him for what he decided. He's not a dumb kid, he made a decision to leave based on the information given to him, and he made the decision best for him.

Damn 30 year old laptop

Damn 30 year old laptop double posted. My bad

Regarding Josh Furman

Jonathan Hankins said today (regarding a talk with michigan coaches) that "They said they’ve got one open and they really want me, but if it gets filled it gets filled. But they need me and they want me so… I just said alright. I’m not too worried about competition if I go there.” So.. Josh Furman said he already alerted the coaches as to his decision, right? So if he told the Michigan coaches he was committing to Michigan, I'd assume they wouldn't go throwing around one last spot? Maybe I'm wrong here, that just concerned me a little. Thoughts?

Speaking of that, what do you

Speaking of that, what do you think the possibilities of Cissoko coming back are? What's the situation with him now?

The other day TomVH posted

The other day TomVH posted something about how it would be difficult to hate him with his years at CMU and how he met him and all. However, lets look at it like this; the "savior" of cinci football comes along, builds the program up, leads them to an undefeated season, and a BCS bowl against one of the best teams in the nation. So Cinci players are all pumped, getting ready for the biggest games of their careers, of the schools career, and their coach dumps them for more money. Shows alotta class, im not having any difficulty hating him now.

How can a player get 7 TFL

How can a player get 7 TFL (including 4.5 sacks) and people still don't know how to pronounce his name.

"Eagles coach Andy Reid said

"Eagles coach Andy Reid said that Jason Avant could see some snaps on the outside with DeSean Jackson (concussion) likely out Sunday."

BAM double michigan win

Wasn't Kenny Stills supposed

Wasn't Kenny Stills supposed to commit today?

And my thoughts on

And my thoughts on Grimes/Murphy is that they have already said that they aren't announcing until signing day, so unless they do silent by then there might not be a spot for THEM, as opposed to them taking the spots of other guys.

No I didn't mean to

No I didn't mean to contradict you man, if he said something to you that's quite honestly really exciting. ESPN just had it worded that way ya know I didn't really look close.

No, I'm not saying Furman on

No, I'm not saying Furman on his own is big enough to laugh in their faces. What I failed to mention is I've got an active bet going with at least 4 right now, so it's more of a personal thing. It doesn't hurt my overall idea that Michigan's better though.

""Michigan definitely made me

""Michigan definitely made me feel comfortable and I'm going to consider them the rest of the way."

As good as the visit was, the Wolverines still have some ground to make up on a couple of other teams.

"Oklahoma and UCLA are my top two," Jefferson said. "I'm still committed to UCLA but it's pretty soft and I'm having some second thoughts. My heart is still there but I'm also thinking it would be cool to play out of state and I really loved my time at Oklahoma and fell in love with the place on my visit.""- ESPN article

Soo... was Jefferson talking about his visit BEFORE the actual game? Because that article was published the Monday after the game. I don't mean to write him off, he did say alot of good things about Michigan.

Thanks! Ha it's a bit

Thanks! Ha it's a bit difficult to get quality Michigan Sports Shows down here, all I hear is 10 hours of "REDSKINS POSTGAME SHOW WITH BIG AL" every day.

The way good ol' Teddy's

The way good ol' Teddy's catching the ball he doesn't have to catch him by surprise- just throw it in his general direction (preferrably right in the front of his facemask) and he's gonna get pegged.
