I’m not quite sure what you’re expecting out of him - he’s an Ohio State fan, and he’s clearly an idiot. This is probably about as good as it gets for him.
I could be misremembering, but I thought I heard that Soloman was just dealing with the sickness that spread through the team last week. If that’s the case, I would imagine he’s ready to go.
Full disclosure - I️ don’t post on any rival websites, although I️ do frequent the CFB subreddit filled with fans from other schools. Overall, I️ think some people just enjoy talking football, and it can be enlightening to get perspectives from other people, especially those who have a reason to see things differently than you. I️ don’t think it can be condensed to “trolling,” and to be honest I️ think it’d be nice if we could embrace voices from other fan bases (as long as they’re not assholes, and there aren’t too many so as to dilute the Michigan fan presence).
Playing CMU won't help, because they lost their land. We have to beat Syracuse (for now), or whatever team is currently holding the land (assuming Syracuse loses at some point).
Not to mention the fact that when Brady is injured, he's still there on the team. It seems clear that he's the heart and soul of the team, and a leader like that can positively affect the players around him even if he's only in the locker room and on the sidelines instead of on the field for a few games.
IIRC, Brian/Ace have previously mentioned that it is generally not a good sign when a prospect goes radio silent when your team's reporters (that previously had a rapport with said recruit) try to contact them. Caveats likely apply in this case due to the relatively quiet nature of Harris' recruitment, but let's hope this is more good news for Michigan.
So I take it Hawkins will be coming in as a WR, then? I know there was speculation that he might be a safety instead at Michigan, would he be vying for the same safety spot as JKP?
I certainly don't wish ill on Purdue, but I don't really want to see them run a triple option type offense. That route is probably their best option, but that feels like the Spoilermakers' final form. I don't want to be nervous to play Purdue.
It's always unfortunate to see a kid decommit, but I wish him the best. Can we focus on the real issue for just one second, though? Why is that when someone posts a screenshot, their phone is always seconds away from a dead battery? Is there some kind of game I'm missing here? Are these people walking around with dead phones all the time? Why doesn't anyone charge their phone?
You're right that they were mainly targeting the safeties. I think the biggest difference will be on slants - having Strib/Clark in instead of Watson should be a sizable upgrade.
I think this week's UFRs will be particularly interesting. I'm anxious to see just how much the run game woes were due to stubborness by UCF (stacking the box and ignoring the pass even after Speight proved he could torch them), and how much was due to an off day for the offensive line. I also think the defense played better than people thought, but we will see soon I guess.
It's even more impressive than that. Oklahoma State took a timeout with 4 seconds left, threw it deep out of bounds, got an intentional grounding penalty, and the refs gave one untimed down to CMU. Central then won on the hail mary. The announcers are even saying that they should have ended the game after the intentional grounding, but I'm not sure about the rule. Crazy game.

I'm all for poking fun of Notre Dame whenever possible, but I'd hardly say they were embarrassed by Texas. You might want to dial back the homerism a few notches.

Milton was ranked almost 200 spots higher than Mahomes coming out of high school, which obviously means he’ll be at least twice as good.

Proposal to make Vae Victis a new MGoShirt? It seems in keeping with Harbaugh’s win with cruelty mantra.
Final verdict? Not a good deal.
Go Blue!!!
