Kentucky has 4 of the top 15 players in the nation, and 5 of the top 27. That compilation is BETTER THAN the fab 5 (Ray Jackson I believe was in the 40's). I know this is a different era of recruiting, but gawd..
|2 weeks 6 days ago||Be prepared||
One other poster mentioned it, but be mentally prepared for the possibility of a miscarriage until at least the 16-week appt. Our Dr. all-but-assured us we were past the risky stage at 11 weeks (based on the heartbeat and other indicators). After sharing the news w/ quite a few friends and family, we found a week later our girl didn't make it.

I'm on my way to the game, and I forgot to make one of these. Look I know I'm TV for a group of people in yellow highlighter apparel during the two announcements!
|4 weeks 1 day ago||Who got invited?||
I've heard of some players rejecting these invites because they feel it could actually worsen their stock or lead to an injury.

Yeah, why the tears?

This is not OT
|10 weeks 10 hours ago||I love the Woodson||
I love the Woodson comparisons and Heisman talk, but I don't think the Heisman can happen. CBs just get a lot more opportunities at INT's than safeties. He's shown he can grab a few, but would 3-4 in a season be enough?
|40 weeks 1 day ago||5 guys||
5 guys is obviously better, but it's also twice the price of In 'n Out. Your question should have the precursor, "Dollar for dollar, which is better?"
|49 weeks 5 days ago||I knew of his name||
But I needed to look back at my music library to see he was a part of Mercy, Clique, and Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay. Not a bad resume

Even if he removed his Twitter account, people still could bash him on there or any other social media platform. #MikeWeberisa_________

I can completely understand why she would want to defend Mike and how it would hurt. However, it's absolutely silly to think the issue exists with just particular fanbases. I've heard people like McGary say there partially won over by UM's passionate fans who encouraged him to come, so I guess I'm not surprised the opposite type of attention can actually affect him
|51 weeks 5 days ago||Mike||
Mike has always been pretty quiet in talking to recruiting sites and has not demanded attention on his Twitter in the way others have
|51 weeks 5 days ago||Easy bud||
Easy, bud. Unless it's his friends messing around, he should never take personal attacks from a rival fanbase

Which mod will have the glory of deleting this thread?
|1 year 2 days ago||To the OP||
I think some of it might just be idiosyncratic. It sounds like some of them grew up in an MSU house and some felt their position was too deep for playing time this year (Kelly). The ones that stick out in my mind as misses are Stallworth, Alabi, and Tyriq Thompson (legacy)
|1 year 2 days ago||Grant Perry||
Grant Perry, undecided, reason for not choosing Michigan? Hmm, that seems to be the only missing question in the article lol
|1 year 3 days ago||Did||
Did he have a preferred walk-on offer before? If not, maybe that's what this is
|1 year 5 days ago||I||
I don't buy the article. He's going to have to say a quote about being all Hawkeyes to prevent backlash from Iowa's staff and fanbase. I know the OP is a big UM fan, but he also seems like a legit guy who wouldn't do all this leg work and waste his player's time if there was no hope for a change. He would also be severing his relationship w/ Harbaugh if he sent a kid up there who had no interest in flipping.
|1 year 6 days ago||You're||
You're right. It must run in the blood because his uncle played baseball at UT, I believe
|1 year 6 days ago||Also, I meant that he won't||
Also, I meant that he won't play QB at the pro level, but maybe another position. If you look at his pics, 5'10" is generous (which 247 lists him at). Brees and Manziel are listed at 6', and Wilson is at least 5'11" (not that 1-2" is a huge deal, but those guys you mentioned are very rare game changers). I live in Austin, and there's not very much optimism around Merrick, whose best offers were CSU and Nevada
|1 year 6 days ago||What's next?||
With Murray's height, I don't think he'll ever play pro ball - still a tough loss for Strong, though. I wonder if he uses the last few days to go for a middling 3-star dual-threat, or someone in more of a Gentry mold
|1 year 6 days ago||Agreed||
And isn't UCLA the most applied to public school in the nation? Cal, UCLA, and UVA all just came out above us in the US News
|1 year 6 days ago||Low income here||
I grew up in trailer parks, and at one point was relying on food stamps and the food shelter. I emancipated from my parents in HS, and my Mom could only afford the gas to visit campus once/semester from her house 3 hrs. away. My 2 brothers and I were all first-gen college grads, and we ended up all doing it at UM. I guess my situation was a bit different because I earned a full-ride tuition scholarship to get my tuition covered (but covered everything else myself), while my brothers took on part-time jobs and a shitload of loans. Senior year I had to get a school-funded emergency loan to cover the last semester's living expenses.

#9: Chris's sister can visit Ann Arbor. Wait, I think that's on the other list, the one for UM fans... http://t.co/T2Te8svMJs

It's where Jim took Tyrone Wheatley to celebrate after? before? signing his contract to come on board
|1 year 1 week ago||I also assume he stays SoCal||
I read an update where Snoop said it hurt USC's chances because they lost to UCLA this year. Also, it's worth noting that he's really tight w/ Iman Marshall and Josh Rosen

you should have just posted the link
|1 year 1 week ago||Not true||
Not true at all. My 2 brothers and I all went to UM, and my oldest brother regretted not going Greek when he saw the comradery and life-long friendships we developed in our fraternity. A lot of people like him just saw all the open-invite parties at the time, but didn't realize just how much it had to offer behind-the-scenes (sorority mixers, rituals, philanthropy, random social events like bowling/golf tourneys, IM sports, study groups, and non-damaging getaway trips
|1 year 2 weeks ago||Bummer||
I grew up in Gaylord and used to work at Treetops Resort during High School. They recently had to file for bankruptcy, so paying for lawyer/court fees to recoup a fair amount of money is probably not reducing their stress. Also, I was a Greek who attended a couple Sammy parties just after they re-colonized. Their members got a little crazier each year I was in school
