tO$u was living rent free in our collective minds basically since 2001 through most of 2021.

Now, we've ridded ourselves of that unwanted squatter, so why even remotely suggest they'll reach The CFP ?  

It's time for t0$u to feel left out, looking in, wondering what could have been, NO glimmer of hope.

I lived in NC (back in MICH now) and know of the plate you are mentioning.

The Greensboro M alumni group I was a part of is a huge proponent of that M plate.

The Bloggers’ suggestions are all good. Personally, I’d get a vanity plate for NC with up to 8 characters (ref. my MGoBlog ID).

Good luck.  If you stay with 4, I’d do 1000 for M being the first team to win that many games.

A discussion with my Grandfather after my sophomore year of high school.  He said, “… keep this up, and you’ll be accepted by MSU, but not U of M.”  Paraphrasing and G-rated language, of course. Kicked ass my last two years of high school, but wasn’t enough to close to close the gap created by bad freshman and sophomore years. Needed two years at WMU-Kalamazoo to close the gap, transferred to Michigan and graduated with a BA in Economics 1988.

Best for me though, was watching “The Game” 2011 edition with my 10 year old son, the M alumni group in High Point NC and, during post-game shots, thinking balance was returning to the rivalry.

I swear, this is surreal.

Maybe a change is needed?  Idk?  Careful what we wish for, or our slippery slope starts to look like The Seminoles, Hook ‘Em Horns, Rocky Top and The U, doesn’t it?

Pros. Reminds me a lot of my days in GR without the snow. Smaller metro area growing at the right pace, like GR.

And my son lives 30 minutes away with his Mom.

Cons. It’s not home home (Montague MI) nor is Ann Arbor.  And it’s a 9 hr. drive for a M athletic event. 

I’ve been to many sporting events where I have asked, “... why did you bring that child here ...?”  Never asked it remotely close to The House Yost Built !

A nice spring day, weather in good favor, Michigan Stadium, Maize N Blue, surrounded by friends and M Go Blue family, The Victors!, M Football, subtle brainwashing ? and etc.
