Pats are a freaking mess right now. I hope for JJs sake the pats listen to their fans because I don’t want JJ to go there. 

Another issue right now is short sightedness. All the writers and pundits are going to treat any rookie QB that doesn’t have a CJ Stroud type season as a bust. Maybe Caleb and Maye will get a “give him a year or two” treatment, but the others, should they go high, won’t. And the reason is exactly like another poster said: negativity generates clicks.

I think JJ has a ton of upside, but I do think it’s a risk going top 10. But that’s also true of any draft pick ever. I’ve seen worse piling on than these takes. And they are still saying first round. If they said late rounds (like after Penix), then I’d be more pitchfork-y. 

But also cannot hit the broadside of NCAA hypocrisy, which is to say he couldn't put it into Sagitarrius-A* if he tried.

No, because we won a national championship. The way I see it we didn’t make any administrative mistakes this year. 

Right, but it does mean that, of the five individuals, there are some who are still on staff who get a show cause.  It seems that more details are coming out that this really doesn't mean anything, which is all I was trying to understand,

Then this is very poorly written by the NCAA, which I guess is good.  The way its written insinuates some still on staff personnel also have a show cause and I thought show causes were not very easy to overcome.  In other words, I read this as there could be one-year suspension of on staff coaches.

But 100% not comparable.  Everyone knew that Tebow's best traits for the college game didn't translate to the NFL.  JJ's best traits 100% translate.  He just lacks the mega high volume of the other top QB candidates.

Reports are saying charges pending toxicology. It was 3am. Fingers crossed he just worked late and was tired. 

But the fact he’s been suspended indefinitely is not a good sign that my hopes will be realized. 

Correct, no NOA on signs.  NOA received in December was related to burger incident. 

If this were true, why would there not be significant movement to the portal as well?

edit: I guess the spring portal isn’t open yet, but you’d still hear rumblings for sure of impending doom. 

Ironically there could be a lot of gold and maroon that aren’t BC fans hating on us, similar to your 97 experience.

Had a rough last game of the year to boot. 

I was there. And you did. In addition to this recap, I’ll just say it looked like we were low on gas most of the third. Yes, the goals were ugly for west, but the team also just looked sloppy. Phenomenal first period, second was survival due to Hughes, but third was lifeless save a few minutes. Got a real gift from the Gophers that they committed a penalty with 16 seconds left in regulation giving us the extra man in OT (and an oh so close chance to score with 1 second left in regulation). 

I actually think that’s good for Corum. He can probably still lean up by about 10 lbs and drop under 4.5. He’s moldable to what a team needs, and that’s good. 

Second only to Plenty O’Toole in Diamonds are Forever (even though her role was very brief).

So evil. And the worst kind of evil because she’s doing it “in the best interest” of her patients.

I actually like it better than Thunderball though. I loved the game he played against Max with the nukes and the shocks. 

Your knees can take a thrashing skiing, your butt and wrists can take a thrashing snowboarding. Either way you’re going to be sore.  But I would recommend skiing. You’ll be able to move on to blues by day two most likely.
 

There is nothing more painful than catching an edge unexpectedly on a snowboard. You’ll either catch the front edge and at best face plant hard or catch your back edge and at best give yourself a good whack of the noggin. At worst much worse things can happen. Wear a helmet!!!!
