I would buy the larger home as long as you feel you are getting a good deal/value. I would never suggest paying off your home. You will never truly own/ never have a payment because you will be paying property taxes on it forever. Also the equity you have in your home has a return of 0 percent. you could have 250k home and have a 250k loan or 0 (loan(own it) and the appreciation (ex 3%) a year 7500 increase in value either way. You should take the money you have in your home and buy and cash flowing asset. Your home is never truly an asset. I would suggest renting your current home if you can get a good return and buy the large home and live in it. The cash flow/tax benefits/leverage/appreciation are all great.
You can pay off your home and be debt free if that mentally makes you feel better and secure which is important.
Maybe 10 years or so my brother took some of my best cards in to a collectible shop to see what they were worth. Guy offered like $20 for his and mine, my brother said go to hell. Now I basically see them as worthless in terms of money. However I learned a lot about money, trading, good deals as well as getting ripped off collecting them at a young age. I think it's good for kids to collect cards. I am going to save mine and give them to my grandkids some day (my son is 3) so maybe then they will be worth something.

We have PlayStation Vue. I am about to switch to Direct TV or something. It is ok but I need live sports and it doesn't offer it very well. It lags and can be a few minutes behind which means I can't look at my phone for fear of txt from friends ruining the game/future play. Also I had friends over to watch football and had issues with it. Now I am hesitant about throwing parties. It's great for non football season. Also DVR won't let you watch show until it is completely over. So I can't record Game Day and do lawn house work ect then watch and fast forward and catch up.
Toledo born and raised. Happy to see Harbaugh here being honored. Have to say it is more 50-60% OSU as of late 10% irish 2% MSU and rest Michigan fans. Used to be 50-50 in terms of OSU vs Michigan in fandom when I young 1990s. Young kids like the winning OSU seems to be doing the last 15 or so years. Hoping Harbaugh can bring it back to even. Always going to have that 10% Irish catholic fan base here tho to. Be nice to give them both a beat down this year! Go Blue. Go Rockets
I coached Dallas from 6-8th grade. He is a great humble kid and very smart in the class room. I hope he has success in the class and on the field. It was a ND vs OSU battle all the way from what I hear. Maybe he didn't fit the system or maybe it is a small class or maybe Michigan got to recruiting him late or maybe it's something else or a lite of everything. Who knows. I am happy he gets to go to a big time program.

If I recall we had some WR dropped passes that stopped some of these drives in OSU and Iowa. So my take is that it is really everything that goes into 4 min offense. OL RB QB WR coaching. Lol refs. Too
Any coaches out there want to explain to me why both Offense and Defense coordinators are not up in the box watching the game. I have not coached at a high level but I have coached it it is so hard to see what is going on from the side line. I just don't see the advantage of being on the sideline vs the press box.
This has probably been said but to me it seems like MSU has taken advantage of the Rich Rid years by going after local recruits while Rich went after players that fit his system and his 3-3-5 ect. This was corrected by Hoke even if he didn't develop them as he should have but 4-5 years of this has kept the competition close the past few years but the talent disparity will now fall back in Mich favor and I think it will stay that way for a long time. MSU had there few years.
As for the halftime interviews I thought that the big games had coaches obligated to do the interview. But maybe it is an option which I think is great he declines.
For me it isn't that I don't like Dabo it's that I can't get myself to like a coach or team that is at an equal level or higher level than Michigan. I want all teams and coaches that are equal or higher to play bad get worse recruits ect. He seems like an alright guy but I can't get myself to like him. Good news is the way we are trending the pool of teams equal or better than Michigan is getting smaller and smaller!
Anyone know if Harbaigh has it in his contract to not have to speak with reporters before or after halftime. I have not seen him do these interviews?. I know he doesn't like interviews so I can see him setting this up ahead of time.
Not sure who started "eat it up" but he defiantly was one of the first. With that said I am kind of getting tired of all the gestures. It hit the tipping point for me with Hurst I think was rubbing his belly with the ball on the ground. Yes I know he could not have gotten it but still. I found it funny until that moment.
Thanks for the info. A few years back I actually watched the whole game in ESPN 2 and it had some split screen or something. I hated it but thought that it was ESPN so I watched it all that way until someone told the the next day. Won't make that mistake again.
The only issue I have with this whole thing is if he told Harbaugh he was coming and had Michigan prepare for him to come just to create some drama. I get kids change there minds but you waste people's time and tell them one thing and do another. If he never said to Harbaugh I am coming then it was all media driven speculation.
