I know Hoke can't recuit and can't judge talent but: Round 2 Gavin Escobar, Round 3 Leon McFadden, Round 7 Brice Butler. Expecting alot more in the next few years with Michigan as the brand instead of SDS.

24 weeks 3 days ago	I am suprised that no one has	I am suprised that no one has metioned this yet so I must be crazy. I don't think he was scared of Urban and OSU but after 5-6 great years at Wis and having the pick of the litter when it came to HUGE OL and POWER running back recruits with the increased number of B1G teams going to the spread (RR years), Now Hoke is putting togather a better version of what he wants to do and Wisc wont be able to recruit the guys they want. Maybe I am crazy but I think he saw that there was no where to go but down in the pecking order in the B1G and now is the best time to get out. Thoughts?

25 weeks 6 days ago	Over reaction city!! Fire our	Over reaction city!! Fire our OC. That really shows our recruits our confidence and patience with our coaching staff. If he gets that 4th down and we end up winning the game everyone would be praising him. The pass plays were working and I believe he wanted to see if it opened up the run but it didn't. I agree I would have QB sneeked it or had an audible to a sneak on one of our 3rd and 1's, it was open and Gardner is big. Could we have won YES could it have been worse YES.   BAMA beat us down, We gave ND the game with turnover/give aways. Denard goes down in Nebraska.  AL did a great job with Gardner in just a few weeks. Imagine if Miller was our for OSU today. Do you think we only win by 5? I dont!

33 weeks 19 hours ago	I am a huge UM fan and I am a	I am a huge UM fan and I am a regular at Dales in Maumee. It is a great place to watch any games even Michigan. The OSU fans there are nice and it is an enjoyable place to watch the games as long as the OSU game is not on at the same time. Jeds might be an ok place too.
33 weeks 5 days ago	Bell Rung	I have been coming to this site for about a year now and this topic finally got me to join the discussion. I am a head coach of a junior high team. Each year I a required to take a CPR class and a coaching certification class. Combined these classes take about 5 hours. I would say 2 - 2.5 hours this year was spent on concussions. It is the hot topic. There is no way he should have went back into the game. He was knocked out because his brain hit the inside of his skull. If a kid I coach has symptoms of a concussion not only is he out for the rest of the game/ practice but he needs to complete 24 hours of monitoring(change in mood/ weird behavior) 24 more hours without physical excursion. 24-48 more hours of light exercise, finally you can start to have contact. I was told that it is not always the first hit that causes damage to the brain but the swelling and the second hit (even minor hit) that can cause serious injury. Just my thought and i am sure other schools and leagues have different rules.   Thanks love the discussions. Go BLUE!
