So sorry to hear about your father. I am planning to take my 5 year old daughter to her first game on Saturday, just me and her. I haven't bought the tickets yet, so this would be an amazing story. I'll be making a donation either way since this is such a great cause.
Interesting to hear Mel saying during pregame that he's sitting some of the freshman to give some of the returning veterans a chance to play in the game they missed out on at the end of last year
The karma obtained from posts on r/CFBRisk will not count towards the karma score that determines your star level. Also, remember, we don't want to be seen as karma farming. Make appropriate comments to the topics at hand and we have enough UM people that you'll eventually get there
We want to avoid having anything that is just a pure Karma push. Something like your post is fine and we should upvote the other users there. If it becomes too obvious of a UM POSBANG, we will start getting negged by everyone else not only on that thread, but on the rest.
The way the rule is currently written, this is exactly what I think we should have done at the end of the game. When MSU scored that last TD, just bear hug all their receivers, accept the PI and repeat until no time left. Then there really is 0 chance of a fluke on the kick-off because there is no kick-off. I seem to remember someone else posting something similar above a "Polish Defensive" where you put 14 guys in on D and do this, knowing you are just trying to eat clock.
