Let's not undermine Oladipo, he is truly an amazing athlete. He is the best player I hadn't heard of coming in to this year. He has talent and Zeller, well he may be the ugliest kid that has EVER played college basketball. I am sorry, I truly have a grudge against him because of our lack of down low D. Plus he should have comitted to us. lol I am jk but Oladipo is a rare athlete. I dk how well he will fair in the pro's but he is a tremendous player. Burke, well just look at him. He is a BALLER!
I loved Roh but honestly I had way higher expectations for him. I do not think he has reached his "ceiling" of potential. Just think if he had 4 years under Mattison.
We do not want to see Louisville, I think their fast paced, fast break transition offense would be too much. (See State & IU game) Our D played alot better Sunday however I still don't know how deep we will go. We started out so strong and now..... We are under achieving. I am just trying to be realistic not negative guys. I hope we win it all but our D is not looking good, neither is our offense for that matter. If it weren't for Trey this team has 8-10 losses IMO. Still not terrible but this is Michigan FORGODSAKES!

I did not realize how much I am actually going to miss seeing this kid wear that winged helmet every Saturday. I really hope he has a great NFL career but even if he does not he is destined for great things! He is the true meaning of a class act. I am so proud to be a fan of the best University. Let me start with saying I have been a Michigan fan since the age of 5 when I first learned about football. My father's WHOLE family is from Columbus and they are all Ohio fans with the exception of one cousin who gave me an Amani Toomer jersey when I was 5 and I have been a die hard fan since. I may not be as deserving as some of these stories and my point may not be as "legit" but here it goes. I went to Ann Arbor for homecoming all the way from Tennesse where I live to see our guys. I went to the Western game last year that was my first game EVER and it got rained out. (coincidently it rained for the Illinois game as well) Here it goes. My fathers siblings with the exception of one are P.O.S's(there are 6 of them). They milk my grandmother of her money she earned from working until she was 65? and allow their children to do the same. She still works cleaning houses to maintain income. I hardly get to see her and she is coming to Nashville for Thanksgiving to see me and my parents. I get to see her once every two years if im lucky. We have never had real bonding time and although she is an Ohio fan, I would love to be able to go to a game with her before she passes. She is 73 and has a heart condition and has a pace maker that was put in around ten years ago that used to run at 10% but now runs at 100% from the stress. This makes me very nervous that her time is limited and if I could afford the tickets and gas to get there I would do it myself but my financial position is not capable of doing so. I could write all day about everything she has done for people her whole life and how this has restricted me being able to see her but I will keep it limited. I am 24 and I have lost every other grandparent besides her, I am actually getting pretty emotional writing this and putting it into perspective and while I may not be as deserving as some of the other people, I figured I would give it a shot. I could have been conventional and been an Ohio fan but I bleed Maize and Blue. I think being able to do this with my grandmother would be a monumental point in my life thus far. We have never been able to do anything like this together and would make both of our days and year! My story is 100% legit and have way more details to it. I am going with both. ND looked good but MSU's offense did not look good at all. If our corners do not play 10 yards off the reciever (see Greg Robinson D) we will be fine against their O but who knows how our defense will play. Before this season I really thought we were a one loss team, even with the gaps on the D-line. That may be crazy but I really believe in our coaching staff but now we seem to be at the 8-4 or 9-3 range. Go Blue!
If I wanted advice on mechanics, ball placement and accracy, Trent Dilfer would not be my first option. He is a smart guy and for the most part knows how to win but he was never spectacular and will never be in the HOF. The only reason he got that Superbowl ring is because he had an OUTSTANDING defense. Ray Lewis was the MVP that game. While I am not knocking him saying he is clueless I just dont think he iis the best evaluater. IMO. Last year when I watched the Elite 11 & the year of the QB, he seemed quite bias. I am not just looking through Maize glasses I am just giving my opinion. Film study is not where your on field performance, these kids will not even learn in depth film study until the arrive on a college campus im sure. Either way we all know that Morris is the best fit for us no matter what Dilfer thinks. Max Browne is a good talent but IMO him and Shane are tied at the top.
The SAME EXACT thing happend to me! I got it from Amazon, returned it and got my new one friday and just tried it and froze again week two. I made it to the end of the 1st quarter the first time I played AF but then it freezes at the loading screen. I am on my second copy and I am pissed..
Very interesting piece. I was in no way aware that so many MI kids have made up the program. I am sure a lot of them came between team 1-55 then it probably started having a little more variety, considering the change in times. IMO.
I have it and I think Michigan got screwed on the rankings first of all, each player is very underrated. Also the new gameplay pisses me off that the pump fake is not the analog anymore(xbox360). Gameplay is better though and it is growing on me. 35-0 Beat Bama first game with Denard and Fitzy injured.
After reading and thinking about all of my experiences in Columbus and Cincy I can pretty much draw the conclusion that I hate the state and every Suckeye fan in it. I wear my Michigan shirts and hats to famil reunions just to stir them up and they sure enough wear scarlet and gray just out of instict. Ohio is the most REDNECK and TRASHY state occupant wise besides Alabama. Alabama #1 and Ohio #2. It is so much different in AA when you see an ohio fan, it is just a joke and we laugh it off, in ohio they see a Michigan fan and they eye ball you, cuss you, try to fight, and flick you off. I have had maybe 2 people besides my family in that state not do any of the above. The eye ball is ok but that was EVERYWHERE and happens even with my family. Point being, its TRASHY.

Congrats to Ron English. I had a chance to meet him at the Michigan Football camp when I was a senior and he is truly a class act. He is also a very good coach and knows what he is talking about, he is also a harn nosed guy with a lot of energy so he really made things more exciting too. Good luck to him.
