I can certainly appreciate the time and effort that goes into making these videos, but the musical selection is kinda soft.

I don't like your taste in music - the music I like is sooooo sick though.

In this one, it sounds like part of the soundtrack from a straight to DVD teenage dramedy when the protagonist is getting prepared for the student council race.  Of course, balance that against the auto-tuned trash of recruiting videos and you've got a tough choice.

I am either in, or just graduated from, high school. As such I fully understand that scorn is personified by comparing your well-produced video to the reality I inhabited these past years.

To someone with the drive to put something together, I'd recommend Tef Poe's "Show Stealers" as the soundtrack.  No, you've never heard of him, but the track combines hip hop and a college marching band/drumline.  Much more hype than "Mannequin 2 -  On the Move".

I can't put together a sick video like this. What's more, I don't have the motivation to learn how to do so. Can I make up for this by taking pot shots and offering unconstructive criticism?

I can't embed, so click and see what you think:  http://www.youtube.com/user/tefpoe?blend=12&ob=5#p/u/0/sXXPOO2if8E  (and, no, I don't know the guy...but I do know music).

Oh.... OK. I was a paid shill the whole time :(

That and ESPN having the ACC contract

Complain about the ultimate penalties (so far) for Ohio State, but ESPN gave ample coverage to the BTN associated Buckeye scandal.

ESPN is not capable anymore of objectively reporting on those properties in which they have large monetary stakes. And their stake in college football is larger - and most importantly more sensitive to negative coverage - than any other sport they cover.
