The conference championships are completely irrelvant. In all four scenarios this weekend (SEC, B1G, ACC, PAC12) if the upset happens, the loser still would have a better or equal conference record than the crowned champion. In the case of SEC and B1G it may not matter who wins the championship because there's very clearly a team from each conference going.
We're about to find out how much the committee REALLY values conference championships. Colorado, Penn State, Wisconsin all have worse resumes than M and may get in because they won the functional equivalent of a quiz bowl championship. Conference championships should not trump overall resume. No one in the pac 12 has a better resume than Michigan or Ohio State. Neither does Clemson. Neither does Penn State or Wisconsin. Yet its almost a certainty that its Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson and p12 champ or Penn State.

I would bet one dollar the reason JOK doesn't get impactful game snaps is bc harbaugh doesn't want to shake Speight or the teams confidence at all. i dont think we've seen enough to warrant a change but there might be whispers inside and outside the locker room if JOK had a couple great outings compared to Speights meh ones. so why risk it?

a one size fits all policy works with regards to discipline and accusations made towards players. holding them out until a resolution or playing until a resolution are both perfectly acceptable decisions depending on circumstance.
Then again this is the internet and my nuanced take can GTFO.

that's fine. I'm not saying he's ubiquitous but to say he's only successful (like the guy I responded to did) because of the Tigers is asinine.

Is that why V and F have crushed every competitior that's tried to run a drive time show against them? is that why they almost single-handedly folded 105.1 as a sports campaign? Is that why they've stayed together longer than anyone else in Detroit radio? because of the Tigers?
Like Valenti or not he knows his schtick and he's damn good at it. They're the best show Detroit has and they've crushed everyone. Remember when Stoney and Wojo were #1 in Detroit? Yea, both of them got shitcanned because their network couldn't compete with V and F...that's why both are on 97.1 now. In an industry that's highly competitive and lasting 5 years together as a talk show is an achievement V and F have been together for 14(?) years.
I don't listen to them much anymore but honestly, he's got it all down to an art: Pick fights with specific fan bases, call people stupid, rile people up, hang up on them, be a master of hyperbole, have a huge reaction to everything that happens in sports. It just makes more inarticulate idiots want to call up and one up the guy before them and they get punched in the face as well. You'll notice (at least in their hey-day) they rarely put on callers who agreed with Mike.
He's the king of the mountain and Detroit just laps it up. They are consistently rated amongst the top 5-7 most listened to local-only broadcasts and they aren't even in a top 10 media market.

I was very apprehensive about the white pants before last season when it was first announced. They grew on me pretty quickly (winning will do that). But now, I prefer them to the maize pants.
I like that its a distinctive (and hopefully in time iconic) look for both home and away.

A couple serious answers:
Wilco: Summerteeth, YHF, A Ghost is Born (especially if you consider the context of YHF where the band went an entirely new direction and the band retooled by Adding Glen on drums, Jay Bennett left after the album, they refused to redo the album at Warner Brothers behest, got WB to pay for it twice, essentially)
Beach House's current: Bloom, Depression Cherry, TYLS
LCD Soundsystem: Self Titled, Sound of Silver, This is Happening

positional defensive play and excellent stick work. it would harm trapping, interference loving trap teams. i like it.
|47 weeks 5 days ago||bigger ice||
just so long as we realize bigger ice doesn't create more offense. it actually makes it harder. the more disciplined teams just clog up the middle and the increased size becomes irrelevant. notice how the trap-loving finns always do well in international competitions.

I moved to Texas (Then subsequently back to MI) and have a company managing my house in KY. They found very high quality tenants, they manage collecting and distributing rent and basically deal with all the nonsense and send me a direct deposit each month.
I pay them $100 a month regardless of whether or not there's a tenant.
Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. I hate the bastards that manage mine. They're slow to respond, don't follow up on things they promised me (which I'm an idiot and didn't get in writing), and raise the rent each year and keep the difference (I don't even know how that's legeal). But anywho, do your diligence and price shop. The place that I am using is a realtor first and a property management firm second. I would avoid that if I were you. I was lucky that the tenants they found are awesome and have actually improved the value of my home, but the managers are complete shit and I wish I could punt them off my contract with the tenants.

If you had to pick one moment/gif that completely encompassed the unworldly chemistry these three had together just look at the OT winner against ND. Connor shoots and its gets blocked but Compher picks it up and makes a blind pass knowing exactly where Motte is going to be and before ND has any idea WTF just happened its in the net and M is moving on.
They reminded me of Pavel and Hank at their peak.
