Ahh, the Todd L. Levitt public access show. Todd would ejaculate if he knew two people had actually watched that. Are you an attorney? |

Doesn't Levitt practice in Mount Pleasant? I knew Todd when he practiced in SE Michigan, but I thought he moved to the CMU area. |

Well, let's hope he can take care of things academically so that Michigan admissions is comfortable with him. I'd love to see this kid in maize and blue. |

I get that Franzen, Bertuzzi, and Cleary were out, but how could Babcock continue to allow the PP unit to dump and chase when it didn't work once all night? |

No doubt that was goaltender interference. He skated right into Howard. Un-fucking-believable. |

Wings need to pick their heads up. One couldn't even begin to count the number of dumb passes they've made in this series. |
6 years 51 weeks ago | Yes, yes. God will cut them |
Yes, yes. God will cut them down. He will. He really will. That god is always cutting down cheating hockey players. He's so busy cutting down cheating hockey players that he has no time to do other things--like cut down tyrannical despots, cure horrific diseases, or prevent natural disasters. His priorities might seem out of whack, but who are we to question that god guy? And fuck San Jose. |

What you've just written is one the most insanely idiotic things I have ever read. Everyone on this board is now dumber for having read it. |

Which is why Starbucks has made billions selling energy-boosting apples, right Joseph Smith? Errr. Wait. Don't be an idiot. If people felt the same boost from apples as they did from coffee, people would be consuming Granny Smiths and Red Deliciouses in the same quantity they consumed giant mugs of Pike Place and venti mocha lattes. |

7 years 2 weeks ago | Goofing on Mormons = +1 in my |
Goofing on Mormons = +1 in my book. (For that matter, goofing on any religion = +1.) I lived with a Mormon girl for a while, and she told me that the church recommends that its members eat an apple to perk them up if they're tired. The church actually said that an apple would provide you with just as much of an energy boost as a cup of coffee. It never ceases to amaze me what some people will believe when it's cloaked in the "authority" of religion... |

It's sort of funny how these recruits' reactions to Hoke are similar to previous recruits' reactions to Rodriguez. Are there coaches of major college programs that aren't personable or who don't talk about "random stuff"? Shooting the shit just seems to be part of the job, I guess. |

7 years 3 weeks ago | Urban Meyer can coach. He's |
Urban Meyer can coach. He's a proven commodity. He recruits talent and he wins with that talent. That's more than anyone can say about any coach at Michigan in well over a decade, Brady Hoke included. And the arrests that occurred on his watch, they're Meyer's fault? Is Meyer supposed to babysit all 85 scholarship players (not to mention walk-ons) 24 hours a day? No, he's not supposed to and he couldn't even if he was. The fact is, many programs have players get into trouble, and Michigan's no exception (see, e.g., Chris Richards, Carson Butler, Mario Maningham, Ryan Mallett, Justin Feagin, Kevin Grady, Boubacar Cissoko, etc.) The real question is how those players are dealt with, and I've seen no evidence that Meyer was anything less than upstanding in his handling of players in these circumstances. |

When is Beilein going to stop playing Stu so much? The kid can't seem to do anything right: he can't shoot, he can't play defense, and he's good for a turnover or two every game. What gives, JB? |

7 years 13 weeks ago | The coach we should want the |
The coach we should want the most is the one that wants to be here the most? Well, if that's the case, I know a guy who's 45 and has been going to games since he was a toddler. He's got season tickets and cheers like crazy at every home game. He always says he knows better than those "stupid coaches" and rants about how they're overpaid and don't appreciate the job they have. He says he'd give his left nut to be the coach and wouldn't demand a salary. Now that's the coach we need, right? Right? /s |
7 years 13 weeks ago | There are ~120 teams in D1 |
There are ~120 teams in D1 college football. Even if Michigan finished last in total defense under GERG (which it didn't), finishing 95th or 89th (as OK State did under Bedford) would not be a 1,000X improvement. Vance Bedford simply would not be a big improvement over the GERG catastrophe. He'd be a barely noticeable improvement. |
7 years 13 weeks ago | to compare any current |
To say Vance Bedford would be 1,000X better than GERG is crazy. Would he be better? Probably. But not 1,000X better. |
7 years 13 weeks ago | Vance Bedford would be 1,000X |
Vance Bedford would be 1,000X better than GERG? Did you read the front page today? At Oklahoma State, Bedford's coordinating produced the 95th and 89th best defenses in the nation. YEEEEEHAW!! Got me feelin' good! /s |
7 years 13 weeks ago | This doesn't qualify as an |
This doesn't qualify as an emo whine post. The OP makes a reasoned argument, regardless of the crude wording. The AD shouldn't talk about changing the way Michigan operates by finally paying top-tier money to its coaches and then turn around and hire a coach that doesn't deserve top-tier money. That's a valid point, not an emo whine. |
