I'm curious, why do you think movies are slipping into irrelevancy?

The shoes might be designed for CrossFit, but I bet you could still work out in them

If you don't watch the games, then how do you know how they play defense? Or how often fouls are called?

Why are you ragging on him over this point? How many times on here has someone said, "I become a fan when I was a little kid and my parent took me to a game, and I was instantly hooked?"
Or how many people love Star Wars because they saw it in theaters as kids?
Kids liking something, and falling in love with it and becoming lifelong fans, is not some crazy concept

To me, this seems like a Big Ten problem. Nobody in the Big 12 was complaining when the South was dominating their Conference Title game. The SEC didn't complain when the East was dominating, and haven't been complaining now that the West is winning.
Why do we have to "fix" everything?
(and what was wrong with 2015? You had 12-0 Iowa against 11-1 MSU, in a 16-13 game, seems pretty good to me)

As far as this year goes, I'm just parroting the popular position here. The consensus was that because UM beat Wisconsin and Penn State, that we were more "deserving" of being Big Ten champions

Obviously counting 2012 and this year, but how often do we have a "wrong" Conference Champion?

I'm avoiding IndyCar cause I have no knowledge, but your hockey examples seem to be the exact opposite of what DCFC is doing.
The NHL and NCAAH are ignoring the little ponds in favor of expanding into larger ponds. Whereas DCFC is saying it's their little pond or no pond at all

I think the Legwand trade gets overrated as a bad trade. Yes, Jarnkrok has played in 215 games, but his best season was last year for 30 points, and this season, he's only got 13 points so far. For reference, Glendening has 11 points this year
And Eaves is disappointing, but at the time he was traded it wasn't certain about his long term health. Remember that he had those really terrible concussions that sidelined him for almost an entire year.

Things can change sure, but by February, we can kinda guess who the top-4 seeds (per region) will be. Just cause someone drops out of these rankings doesn't really change much, since they'll be team number 17 in a field of 68.
It's not like the CFP rankings, where the final field changes a lot from Week 9 to Week 15 (for example, in 2014 Ole Miss, Miss. State, and Auburn were all ranked in the initial top-4).
The whole exercise is a bit silly, but they're basically doing the same thing as Lunardi, and other "bracketologists", except now they're gonna make slightly more money off of their own product

It's so frustrating. You'll have one semi going 68 mph, and the guy behind him going 68.3 mph, so he just has to get in the left lane and try to pass

How do you know that? Have you sat in on these meetings? Heard why these athletic directors are for or against it? Or are you just mouthing off about some anti-Michigan conspiracy because it fits into your narrow view?

|5 weeks 3 days ago||Man, you sure like making||
Man, you sure like making grand statements without any thought don't you?
There's 80 voters, and there's only 65 Power Five teams, so we can't just assume this is a Power 5 thing.
Second, assuming that every SEC school, as well as every PAC and ACC school* voted against this, that's only 41 schools. So that's still 17 other schools that voted against this, even adding in the Big 12 schools leaves 4 schools that voted against it. Talk about an anti-Michigan SEC conspiracy all you want, but this was clearly very unpopular among Athletic Directors everywhere
*I feel like that's a big if too. Why would Boston College, or Pitt, or Washington State or Oregon State be against warm-weather practicing?
